Centrino 6300 seems to be the popular choice for your laptop, basing it on a year old thread on notebookreview forums. You can try posting on r/alienware to get a second opinion.

This card is a newer model than the other 6300 Centrino listed. Don't know if newer is better, but the reviews and descriptions are very similar between the two. The reviews are also very favorable (some 1-star reviews are positive, but incorrect star rating) For $10, it's a small price to experiment with it. If you do buy it, remember to download (but not install yet) the drivers beforehand, and to uninstall your previous wireless drivers through Device Manager and Uninstall Programs in Control Panel.

Also, scratch that link to the card I sent, apparently some don't work on thinkpads according to the sellers, but I kinda doubt it. I'll find one that should work

Edit: Apparently, a lot of the mini PCIe cards don't like to work with ThinkPads because reasons. This is one of the few ones that work, however it doesn't have bluetooth.
