You can also look at magnesium malatye as a supplement prior to riding.
However these are more if you feel very fatigued or start getting cramps.
I have a kidney condition where I waste electrolytes, my body just doesn't recognize them as a good thing to have (thanks, genetics!). I'm taking medication for it, which I think I have to increase to balance the sweating, so that won't be much help to you, but I also mix a Vega electrolyte powder into my 16oz water bottle and drink half before and half during class. It has a ton of electrolytes and no sugar.
