Claro, cuando el agua hace contacto con el lente de la gopro, la imagen se distorsiona/aumenta (el agua funciona como otro lente). Con el dome, separas el agua del lente y así evitas la distorsión. Este es el que tengo:

How did you use it underwater though? I have same camera so just curious. I've seen dome lenses for go pros (like one linked below) to take half under water half above water shots like this but not with mirrorless or dslr. Dope pic

on amazon, it lasted all last summer and I intend on using it this summer as well. Granted I'm not a super heavy gopro user, it served its purpose and I haven't had any problems yet.
