You can compare that price to amazon's lowest prices ever on the item here and see that it is at it's clearance price. Normally I would say wait, but since it is on rollback (clearance) at walmart you should probably buy now if that is the model you want. Odds are that once they sell out they will not be ordering any more, so that is the risk if you wait.

Definitely not that. For starters, the RU8000 is every bit as good as the Q60R. Aside from that, there are much better sets for the price. I would check out the Vizio M Quantum series. It has good native contrast. Just be careful, as there are 2 different versions of the M series, and one isn't as good as the other. You want a G1 M series, not the G0.

Instead of being unhelpful y’all should take a look at CNET. That’s where I found this affordable tv that’s 4K with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.
