Look for some sport headphones. I have to wear something similar or headphones won’t stay in my apparently odd shaped ears. Here is an example.

I think it's best to avoid any wireless or bluetooth items on the PC using the headset due to possible interference with the controllers, which i've experienced first hand, makes them seem like the tracking is no good vs usual spot on.

seem to be well rated. For now i'm just using my 5.1 speaker set up (which is all hooked up to my sim racing seat, so when playing standing games it's all over to one side - not so good!)
