We have experienced a situation similar to this, with my neighbours kids screaming in a high pitch like a bunch of dolphins during the summertime. I started to prefer Winter more than Summer because there would be less kids and bugs outdoor. Eventually, my family invested in installing security cameras to prevent/remind their kids to play cautiously (to avoid hitting our car).
For elementary school kids, their mouth were foul and would run around our driveway once in awhile just to try and provoke us to shoo them away. You would probably want to wash their mouths out with soap if you ever heard them swear at you.

Ironically, these malicious threaten to sue us: get us fine, arrested, and pay them compensation money for intentional infliction of emotional distress, using noise as a form of harassment against them and other causes because my relative had good intention of installing a back-up alarm onto their car for safety purposes and warn pedestrian when reversing - Despite not formally receiving any warning by an official authority (ex: police) or letter to make us fix the issue or remove the gadget while using the gadget for months.
My neighbours started spreading nasty rumours of us being anti-social and claim their kids are angels. Some people encourage me not to worry to much about this matter and just ignore their toxic personality.
