Zombies!!! is pretty fun and is built by laying out tiles on each turn. There are also numerous expansions that add various themed areas that also have their on tiles, such as a military base, a mall or a carnival.

If you don't mind non-GW minis look for a board game that comes with lots of zombie minis that are not too non-fantasy. Zombies!!! maybe; they look like this when painted. Don't use bright colors on the clothes, there's your army of shambling corpses.

Zombies!!! the board changes every game because instead of a normal board you use tiles that are drawn at each players turn and places where they wish (according to a few rules) you can help players out or screw each other over and there are quite a few expansions that add new fun rules and concepts to the basic game. Another good one is Risk 2210 AD its the best mod to the basic risk rules that I have seen
Edit: Wife suggested connect 4, our daughter kickes her tail in UNO, so the wife gets revenge with connect 4.
