Get a small screw and screw it part way into the jack, use a pair of pliers to pull on the screw. Second best bet would be the super glue method but that risks gluing the jack right in there.

If you have a dremel you may have a mandrel that looks like this which may work perfectly. Just carefully screw that screw into the broken jack but don’t over tighten, the mandrel is long enough to allow you to pull it out.

They are cut-off wheel holders for a rotary tool such as a Dremel.

Pretty good tutorial here Another here

A dremel is usable, but not ideal. A flex shaft has a chuck like a drill that can accommodate any attachment, including bamboo skewers with grit on them. A dremel has interchangeable collets, but can only accept a few sizes of bit. You're going to have to figure out a way to get a series of grits from 325 to 50,000 onto the tool, wet/ dry silicon carbide sand paper is good for every step except polish, if you can find a split shank in the right collet size.
