Recalculated with $13 for 24 oz
using his numbers gets you to about $27,000
I never go to work without it.
Always take preemptively with Bdubs.
peppermint oil caps? like IBGuard or another brand
helps for gas/bloating and should make you minty too. couldn't hurt to try
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Z7OIKXS/
I had this happen. Everything went a little haywire for me a couple weeks in. I heard it happens to people quitting smoking too.
They sell OTC pills for that. I've found Equalactin really helpful.
Stay hydrated and trust that things will even out and you'll feel good. And if they don't, see a doctor.
If you do well with this treatment, I’d think IBGard would be helpful for the same reasons and might not be so strong tasting. That said, I buy freeze-dried ginger for tea and often chew it. I personally like the flavor.
Always found it a bit odd how you could buy 100-1000 pills of APAP/Ibuprofen/Whatever over Amazon for like $10. You can buy 100 max paracetamol at a pharmacy and like they say in the article they're not just in a jar.
edit: who the fuck wants 200 loperamide (apart from addicts apparently)????? https://www.amazon.com/Kirkland-Signature-Anti-Diarrheal-Loperamide-Hydrochloride/dp/B01FUNKBVY/ref=pd_sim_121_2?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B01FUNKBVY&pd_rd_r=KFN59302168028M67C32&pd_rd_w=GfuL3&pd_rd_wg=4Kb5r&psc=1&refRID=KFN59302168028M67C32
A packet of rehydration salts that people usually use for diarrhoea/vomiting bugs, works fucking wonders.

Obligatory check in with your doctor if it's a sudden change in bowel habits statement here. If it's IBS I've found that peppermint oil capsules keep the cramping to a minimum. I use IBGuard, but there are plenty of cheaper alternatives out there. Placing a heating pad over your abdomen can really help soothe the cramps too! This is my go-to yoga routine for alleviating cramps as well. Hope all this gets sorted out for ya and you get some relief!
It's probably a bit more expensive, but there's one called 'IBGard' that is actually qualified as a medical food, which I'm assuming means it has undergone clinical testing and shown positive results. My doc recommended it. It's also encapsulated for time release, which is probably part of the additional cost.
First thing my Gastro Doc suggested and they helped me before I really got running with they diet. Also DocterMK’s brand is a cheaper option I got off of amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01J8SB2NS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_vPHFAbYTYF6YD
