I actually got them all from amazon! Here’s the links to them.

I pulled apart the dark green one to plant around the tank more, and also cut plastic flowers off all the other plants. The green plant at the front left also had the purple in the middle back attached to it, but I cut of off and put it there! I also ordered the So. American option for the second plants, but think they sent me the wrong one.
The green hair plant is from my LFS :-)
You're definitely going to have to add in more silk plants (or live plants if you want to go that path, Java Fern I've heard is super easy), get rid of that pink plastic plant, it looks like it could be a fin-shredder if betta boi swims past or into it... I know you said you don't have much budget available right now, but the silk plants I've seen on Amazon and in pet stores range from about $7 - $15 (for example: a 2pack of biorb silk plants, great quality, highly recommend) so you definitely can buy one, then add another later on, and another, until you have enough for the tank not to be so empty (bettas are very stressed when having too much open water, they feel exposed. They need a PLANT JUNGLE).
Here's my 5.5g tanks with my anger-bois as an example of what to aim for in terms of how many silk plants / plants:

Here's some Silk Plant options I would recommend (obviously you don't need to get ALL of them, but just pick which ones you like from this list here which I fully approve of as generally betta-friendly):
SILICONE PLANTS! Nice and soft and safe all around!
There's more from the Aqua Top brand as well. As you can see, some of those silk plants are in my video clips above, if you want to look at an example of how they look inside a tank.
I just purchased this kit form amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017IR6WPY/ You want it to be stainless steel, and you want the sand leveler, sharp scissors and tweezers/forceps. I got the 5 piece kit because it also includes curved scissors and tweezers
Cute :) nice work on the skin! I personally would highlight it with brighter colours to make it pop a little more, but that's entirely up to you.
As for the bases, plastic aquarium plants sprayed with matte varnish can be a relatively cheap source of more lavish foliage.
(this kind of stuff: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B01MSR7OCZ/ref=asc_df_B01MSR7OCZ52539846/?tag=googshopde-21&creative=22434&creativeASIN=B01MSR7OCZ&linkCode=df0&hvadid=255689290298&hvpos=1o3&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2414646204045260319&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9042511&hvtargid=pla-313113211096&th=1&psc=1)
I’ve never used them but this is what I’m talking about
He's gorgeous! Such a grumper face but still cute :)
Be careful with that plastic plant. It can tear up those beautiful fins. You can replace that with silk or live plants! This is the one I started out with: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GTNBLX7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_D3lQDbQDFFSXQ
Super soft, just make sure the tops aren't pokey.
Here's the links for the two trees: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072N7X4ZT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_h2cg4x8841lIn

And the tank is a 30 gallon rimless jvj
Highly recommend these scissors the are worth the price. Sharp and sturdy and corrosion resistant.
I would add only one thing: One of those wire plants, with all the soft leaves to the middle. I'm personally not a huge fan of the 'hard' plastic leaves, and prefer the soft plastic ones with bendable wires! More climbing space, soft, and bendable! You can put them however you want them. These are my preferred decor, cheap too!
Imagitarium Purple Cluster Silk Aquarium Plant, Small https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MZIGA0K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_I5X5CbJQJKCHY
I have this one that I think looks really good. If you go to my post history you can see it in my tropheus tank.
