If youʻre looking to build pieces, I canʻt really help you there. However, if you want to build a few boards to play on, I recommend cover pieces like these, which are great for urban settings, or these for less developed looking terrain.
Pegasus Hobby sells incredibly good quality buildings, like this - at least, itʻs incredibly good for the price it goes at. Iʻd say 80% of the terrain Iʻve ever used is from there.

This kit is cheap and easy to assemble.
If you search on eBay for Frostgrave Terrain there are a few sellers who sell cheap 3D printed buildings and other items.
Also, the Metal Earth line of architectural models are fun.

I just bought 3 different Pegasus Gothic Building kits on Amazon. They are lovely! None of them are pre-painted. They are very good quality injection molded, heavy, gray plastic. The pieces snap together, but should be glued with plastic cement. There are small seams and gaps between the pieces which may need to be filled with putty.
All 3 kits are compatible with each other. Here's the largest kit which looks like it will build at least 4 large buildings:

It'll be $150, probably, but you'll be able to find it for ~$100. The models alone will be worth it.
I love GW - have since the early '90s. I think the quality of their models and components totally justifies the cost. I know others disagree.
These Pegasus models are affordable, and they can be made to look great. Very useful for all kinds of games.
