There are other ones out there too, but this was just one of my first results from an Amazon search. I use one and really like it.
Here's a situation I was in as a damn customer.

Wife bought a car. She loved it on the test drive, we got a good price and bought from a store I'd gotten a car from. Everything was good, we took the car directly from the dealership to go run some errands. My wife starts commenting on how the seat belt is hurting her. We try moving the seat, we try her throwing a jacket on (which would only be tenable some of the time). Nothing is working. She's getting more and more uncomfortable driving the car. We've tried every seat position that still lets her physically drive the car and nothing is working. In my head I'm thinking "I'm going to have to go back to the Sales Manager and try to get him to unwind this deal over a fucking seat belt. All we can do is be honest with him and hope for the best."

In the end, I went to an auto parts store as soon as we got home and bought some shitty seat belt pads. I also ordered one of these beautiful bastards, which ultimately did the trick. Satisfaction and love for the car was restored and I didn't have to end up in a thread like this; until now.

I hate car accidents. I wish Lowery a swift recovery. That said:
> Lowery was not wearing a seatbelt, Wright said...No one else was involved in the crash
Always wear your seatbelt. If you find them uncomfortable, buy this.
> I often put the seat belt under my arm because I'm short AF and it digs into my neck.
Do you know that most modern cars have adjustments to lower the seat belt height? No snark, I'm genuinely asking.
Examples 1, 2, 3. Once properly adjusted even kids can wear a seatbelt comfortably.
Alternatively, try something like this.
If you’re short, like me, you may need one of the kid clips that lower the height of the seat belt. I’m driving a Miata right now, so it’s less of an issue, but in the Jeep, we had to get a clip so the seatbelt went across my shoulder instead of my neck - along the lines of this - Safety Belt Comfort | Seat Belt Adjuster https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B4GYQKM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_s6f2CbVEJE8A7

I'm a guy and not sure how I ended up here. But there are a few options that can be transfered from car to car. Hope this helps
Would something like this help at all? I too am short and hate having the seatbelt in my neck.

Just FYI, if anyone is embarrassed about asking for an extender, you can buy your own and bring it with you:

They do seem to have some on Amazon, however some people say the flight attendants I want you to use the airlines specific ones, which makes sense.
Amazon's recommend one ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006Z907TY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_SSxPDb6YSWBSZ ) is supposed to work on every airline except the one I usually fly with lol, but there are some southwest specific ones but with worse reviews
Was looking at another thread on Head-fi and found this being recommended for wrapping uncomfortable headbands. Apparently you can cut it to length with normal scissors, so its super easy...

Like many others have mentioned, I prefer the Res Q Me. I have one on my keychain at all times.
I have given one to everyone in my family as well, and I also give them as graduation or birthday gifts to friends.
I also have another seatbelt cutter in my glovebox and a tire pressure gauge with window breaker and seatbelt cutter in my center console.
