You can just cut the tips off.

Also, you didn't look very hard ;)

My suggestion is to buy a dozen cheapo gloves like the above-linked, and throw them away as they get worn/frayed.

They are functional and far cheaper than brand name gloves. The seams are thicker, so they're not perfect, but I use them and they work fine.

Mine just got its first tear after 6 days of ownership. I've kind of resigned myself to the idea that they're disposable. You can get them as cheap as $1 almost, if you buy in bulk.

I had this problem with every glove I tired, except one.

I bought it out of frustration with the more expensive brands and it's worked much better than expected. I got it cheap thinking I'm ok wasting 15$ or so every few months but I'm around 4 months with it and no issues at all. Highly recommend it.

I'm sure it'll tear soon enough and I won't hesitate to buy another.
