I just searched for MRE on Amazon and found something that made me cream my panties!

I know it's 5x the price.

But, you can feed yourself nutritionally and varied for 1000 for a year per person.

Which is 80 a month. Pretty inexpensive.

Found a year for less than 700.

Well, in the past I'd frantically buy whatever weird canned meat is left over at Krogers in the chaotic last minute rush.

That's why I got this stuff. I'll basically never have to worry about getting the right food again: https://www.amazon.com/Patriot-Pantry-Emergency-Servings-25-Year/dp/B071K9L5X4 .

It was 50% off a few weeks ago...

I did watch the clip long enough to see the label was for Augason Farms so I checked the first item that showed up both on Bakker's store and Amazon.

The four gallon Italian Variety bucket on Bakker's store is $100. On Amazon the same item is listed for $49.98.

Interestingly, the image used on Bakker's store shows the bucket with a label saying there are 102 servings whereas in the details list it says 87 servings (which also reflects what every other bucket I could find images of show).

Becker BK22 - This knife is a freakin beast. I've batoned 4in thick hardwood logs with this badboy with no problems and it still held its edge. And at 1/4 thick you could pry open a car door with it if needed.

I'm not in AU but Omega One Freeze Dried Brine Shrimp, (here is our link-don't know if you can get the same). The cubes inside are a bit larger than a half inch. You can very easily crumble off any amount you want. All my fish love it. But, it's great because it's small if you crumble it up for fry, yet can leave little chunks for larger fish.

You can also get some space food on Amazon! (Borscht, pork with vegetables, and blackcurrant dessert).

You can't sell it to the military, they have an exclusive contract with the company that makes MRE's that's no bid and not up for renegotiation. And the creepy paramilitary fetishists want real MRE's so they buy from the company that makes the real thing (Though often at a lower price than the government gets.)

Ok you need a first aid kit because YOU NEVER KNOW and rocks are sharp.

You could also use FOOD, either in dehydrated form to cook with water on a camp burner, or in bar form.

HAVE FUN!

Also did a quick Google search, found some on Amazon if you have a couple days to wait for shipping. [MRE] (https://www.amazon.com/Ready-Genuine-Military-Surplus-Assorted/dp/B072BTHGYX)

Can't the authorities try something like pouch meals. They can be tasty sometimes and they are definitely nutritious. All you have to do is pour hot water into the pouch and you have a meal ready.

Something like this

I feed frozen brine/mysis cubes, and put it on the cubes as it's defrosting. Also I soak nori in it, but clowns probably aren't going to eat nori, usually for Tangs mainly. You can get freeze-dried food (mysis or brine shrimp), and soak that. I don't think you can really soak regular flake foods. What are you feeding them now?

How about these?: Mainstay Rations

I wanted to know more about Mainstay Rations.

I hear they taste like lemon cookies and actually help.

Check out your local craigslist or whatever is popular where you live to see if you can get a good deal on a stove. Are these out of your budget? It might be good to mix it up. Do you have a cooler or can you borrow one?

These are ones I have personally tried once, the eggs were okay. The rest were surprisingly good. Salt and pepper are a good idea.

I use this stuff for beef (Nutristore Freeze Dried Beef... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076DLT8MH?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and this stuff for chicken (Nutristore Freeze Dried Chicken... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BN671PQ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and I like it a lot. It says 20 servings but I found that breaking each can into 12 servings is more appropriate for when you want very large trail meals.
