It is wonderful that you want to adopt a bunny! But be sure to do some thorough research on how to care for one and prepare his space and basic supplies before you bring one home. Bunnies are delicate and not starter pets easy to care for as many people mistakenly think. The summary linked below that I initially put together for myself well give you a a good overview of key bunny care points, what to prepare for, what resources to check out on specific subjects, and places to get things like healthy correct food (pet stores sell a lot of junk to unsuspecting people), housing supplies, etc. I hope it helps you! :)

On you cage question, no, it is really not enough space. Bunnies need at lest 4 by 2 ft MINIMUM permanent enclosure (this is space not taken up by hidy house and litter box you will have to have) and at least two hours every day outside of enclosure to run and explore to stay happy and healthy. Bunnies are very active and curious animals and they are also very social. They will be unhappy in a cage that is too small, please keep this in mind! Good news is that a bunny can be litter trained and can eventually roam you apartment once you bunny proof or if you can at least allow that in one room. ANY STORE BOUGHT CAGE WILL BE TOO SMALL for even a small bunny. A free roaming bunny or once with enough space to run will be much healthier and happier, will not get bored or destructive, and will be much more fun as a pet.
There are lots of videos available out there for how to build a bunny enclosure and set it up, like these: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wuv9MX6cA_c&feature=youtu.be

Here are some housing options to check out in advance... I did so much looking for good enclosures that are also apartment friendly.
https://www.etsy.com/shop/LilFroggyDesigns?ref=l2-shopheader-name&section_id=22454708 - great size options and reasonable price, well made
https://www.etsy.com/shop/DutchElves?ref=l2-shopheader-name – wonderful idea, clean and large, also will protect bunny from other animals in the home, if you have any
https://www.etsy.com/shop/ClearlyLovedPets?ref=l2-shopheader-name - unconventional, but could be a nice large set-up that is also good looking for a modern space
http://www.petwerks.com/condos.aspx - well made, fantastic size to space ratio, a bit on an investment
https://www.amazon.com/MidWest-Foldable-Metal-Exercise-Playpen/dp/B000H8YTJI - good old xpen works every time :)
Another idea here using storage cubes and colorplast you can basically replicate the etsy enclosures https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KzS82KZ7ADo
https://www.amazon.com/LANGRIA-Storage-Organizer-Products-Portable/dp/B06XR71YW1?ref_=w_bl_hsx_s_ho_web_13643573011 - if you need more cubes for a larger space they have those too, just look on amazon for 56 panel set

Of course having the bunny run free in the apartment is awesome and makes for a happy bunny, but do make sure to bunny proof, especially the wires as they can be really quick to chew on things the second we turn away for a moment. you can try these https://www.amazon.com/Flexible-Polyethylene-Wire-Diameter-White/dp/B00DP35VOO/ref=pd_day0_hl_201_6?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00DP35VOO&pd_rd_r=c021fc64-ba21-11e8-b3e1-116141892cee&pd_rd_w=h8PU9&pd_rd_wg=x0pDz&pf_rd_i=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=ad07871c-e646-4161-82c7-5ed0d4c85b07&pf_rd_r=W775QYZB2CW29NAJFPZJ&pf_rd_s=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_t=40701&psc=1&refRID=W775QYZB2CW29NAJFPZJ

Check out the link above. I have washed it several times and it holds up well!
I've got three little monsters! Their names are Bandit, Bubbles & Butters. Bubbles & Butters are both rescues and Bandit was purchased from a farm.
A new fleece blanket for the musketeers would be wonderful! They absolutely love my SO's baby blanket, but I think it's probably time to retire that before it becomes completely destroyed (through love, of course)
I don't have a dog (yet), but my friend purchased this for her dog and she says it's wonderful! I'm not quite sure how it works, since it looks like a hard chew toy but it's bacon flavored, so that must be good, right?
I went to Disney World 6 years ago and holy crap it was amazing!! It was so unbelievable. I think my most favorite thing was trading those pins with employees. I was 16 at the time and I felt like a total kid. I'm going back in January to do the Dopey Challenge for RunDisney! :)
