Argh! I've seen that before. First, I thought it was a holder for those metal garlic odor remover disk things, but I'm googling and that doesn't seem to be it. I'll edit this if I figure it out.
Edit: Wait. Is it a towel holder?
Edit2: Yes. Towel grabber.
Comes with: Garlic Grater + Magic Gloves + Multi hand Grater + pikes to show off your enemy's dead coffee mugs

Not the same one but definitely cheaper than one posted earlier.
Rack
If you really want the one you posted
There’s this neat shelf thing I saw that goes over your sink to dry dishes on. Doesn’t take up sink or counter space. I’ll see if I can find a link

Does it require your arm to not droop? and is that closet door gonna hit when you open it?
I found this paper towel holder works much better: AMAZON

I've been using this one for years and I highly recommend it.
This under-cabinet one is great too.
Try it and see what happens! Here's a link to a steel one!

They are actually paper towel holders from amazon. I just installed them back to back!
A bamboo drying rack. I had one for about 5 years and it was the best thing ever. I didn't spend $100 on mine, I'm too broke for that but I found one on amazon that looks similar to the one I used to own. https://www.amazon.com/Collapsible-Bamboo-Folding-Counter-Drainer/dp/B07T2HTQ3G/ref=mp_s_a_1_19?keywords=bamboo+drying+rack&qid=1574005276&sr=8-19
Oh that is so exciting! Did you move from your city/state, or did you just buy a house in the area you already lived? I'm currently renting, but hope to buy a house once I've moved to another state. Home decorating is so much fun. It's like playing the Sims. I'm totally down for this, so excuse me if I link several things:

Wall Art:
If you're a fan of horror, there is this beautiful frankenstein and his wife wall art
Not sure what room you might hang this in but, beautiful regardless
I saw you said that you like cows, and thought this would be a fun piece to hang

Lighting:
This REALLY cool vintage metal pendant light
This cieling spider lamp fixture (not really a spider) would look amazing in your bedroom or livingroom
But of course, we can't forget some proper lighting for the kitchen, with this hanging glass ball edison pendant

A Few Misc, But Fun Selections:
the paper towel holder you didn't know you needed
a wine holder, because cows
to commemorate your new home
everyone needs coasters

Last but not least, some fun shower curtains:
fear and slothing in las vegas
it's so wrong it's right
bc who wouldn't want a cat riding a narwhal
shark it to me

Have fun filling your new home! May you make many new memories, good luck!

I have a really small kitchen as well. this drying rack really comes in handy. The dishes just kind of live there after getting washed so it freed up the prep area for cooking and the actual cabinets can now store the pots, pans, and misc cooking equipment I have when it's not in use.
I don't know, this one seems more practical: banana holder
Here it is on Wish, and here on Amazon.
