Why not get the best of both worlds liquor or for wine? In college we would buy some nice bottles for the start of the year party then we would just refill them with the cheapest shit we could find the rest of the year. You would be surprised how many people that only drink Grey Goose drink Popov just fine out of Gray Goose Bottle.

Currently, I just keep my infinity bottle in an empty Michter's bottle I finished. I scrubbed the label off and it looks good enough for me. But for your purposes, I think this would make a lovely gift!
