As it happens, I also ordered one of the pieces in your second link, with the plastic mouthpiece ( https://www.amazon.com/Chem-Si-Solo-Glass-Drying-Straight/dp/B01M97O121/ref=sr_1_6?m=A2YWUIZGUW9D1Y&s=merchant-items&ie=UTF8&qid=1524575058&sr=1-6 ), so I have one on hand, and yes, it also fits the Sai with a section of cart cap as a seal. I'll post a pic when I have some time.
These were so cheap that I ordered a few others at the same time, so I have a few more coming. I'll post the ones that fit, but the one I highlighted does work great.
