For low light situations i think getting an attachment with an LED light on it would work, because in the previous streams the only drawback besides D/C from s8 in buildings is the low light performance.

it doesn't have to specifically be this product but, if it's attached to a wide angle lens and has a LED light it might be perfect unless you want him to get an LED light for the actual selfie stick. If tried to find a waterproof case but I'm not sure if they would work with the stick/wide angle lens, since you will be sending him the equipment please look into a something that could both use a wide angle lens on top of a waterproof case.

Also tell him to buy a couple more S8's. I know that is a huge investment but this retard is gonna break everything. And obviously get him unthrottled internet anyway possible.

LEDs don't break that easily. So maybe a connector came loose somewhere.

Since it is in the same part of the V20 as the two back cameras, I would recommend googling "LG V20 repair rear camera". There are at least two Youtube videos on this.

You're going to be hard pressed to find something you won't need to hang. Don't over think it though, hanging a light is super simple.

The only reason I went with "grow lights" was mainly due to their size, I have a pretty narrow tent. Otherwise I'd just go piece together something from the hardware store.

Not built in, but there are a few external solutions like this one. I can't really report on the quality, however.

I was trying to find a good photo and came across this photo, check the before/after image on this Amazon item.

I don't know anything about that product, just wanted to find a good example photo. The circular highlights in eyes generally looks really good. It's a matter of personal preference, but I personally like the effect.
