Probably held a big fake diamond
Yes and yes. A travel set of cutlery isn’t hard to find.
Edit: For reference, this is approximately the set I have but with a knife as well: Amazon Link. I wouldn't really recommend a plastic case like that but someone else ordered a pack of two and gave me one so I didn't really have a say.
Here it is! I love it for pretty much all the reasons I love the bowl.
Since we're on the topic, here's my drinking glass.
And here's my silverware.. Yes, I'm extra and they are expensive. But it was also a Christmas present and I only that many. Would not have bought those for myself.

Army Fleece Beanie - i always keep this at the top of my pack

Stick with the Rainbow Chrome?
Maybe this? It's hard to see what the bottom of that looks like in your photo, and I can't tell if the tops are the same - but if you can't find another it might be a sneaky alternative. ;)

Health Fx Mindful Eating Portion Control Flatware - for weight loss bariatric diet https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B1JRZYV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_TgrQDbJX0AJHD
I can see a few niche situations for getting them.
Other then that, there's no reason to buy these silly things. Andd I'm not really sure about the first one. How long will a bamboo spoon last vs a decent stainless steel one? I own spoons my grandmother had since at least when my mother was a kid... Frankly, I'm thinking making sure you get something sturdy is more important then it being biodegradable. Get pieces that are one piece of solid metal and it should last you decades. Just avoid crap with wood or plastic handles. Or any handle that is a separate material really.
I have several kitchen items on my list <3 thanks so much for doing this!
This cutting board comes to mind! Has lots of nifty compartments and is generally well made! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07K5343TM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_k3LyCbXA09G9Q
Also! This is a little bit more than $20 but I wanted to show you for the inspiration- Gorgeous flatware! And matching steak knives if you want to complete the look!
Not the OP, but I found it here.
> Should I also carry my own fork, knife, plate and linen napkins? Think of the waste we could save?
Yes, think of the waste you could save with just a $10 metal utensil set from your God-Emperor at Amazon. Here's two sets for $19 and they include chop sticks! I mean, really...
...what is so hard about keeping one of those in your car compared to how much waste you generate from disposable plastics?
The problem is that you're presenting this as being "worried about the inconvenience," as if that justifies generating completely unnecessary and non-degradable trash. However, it is exactly on that very point that it's ridiculous that you don't, especially since your objection shows just how aware of the problem that you are.
It would be one thing if you were dirt poor (at which point: You should hate Libertarianism), but it's usually assumed that you Libertarians typically lean middle to upper-middle class and can afford fourteen fucking dollars to effectively eliminate your unnecessary plastic waste. Here "the free market" is giving you exactly the things you claim it does to help solve these issues, yet you are the reason they're still problems.
You are simply too fucking lazy to act on your ideals; you expect everyone else to act on them on your behalf.
EDIT I'll say this plainly:
You of all people have no right or reason to complain that stupid fucking laws like this come into place because you made them happen.

Did some poking around to find it on Walmart's site, then went to Amazon. Don't have the exact same brand, but here is one set almost identical to it. You can find more of varying prices and quality if you search "rainbow flatware".
Check this set out. It looks similar. I just ordered them and they're awesome. I feel fancy.
