A few options come to mind ....

You could just use a transfer tank. They are usually not designed to be connected into the fuel system (you pump from it to the main tank when you run low), so it could be removed later as it would just be bolted to the truck, but not plumbed into the fuel system. Some of them may also have the ability to auto transfer, but still without completely integrating it, making it easier to remove when not needed.

Another thought would be a replacement tank that adds more capacity:

You might also see if your truck had a second tank option from the factory. If so, you might be able to get the second tank, and have it mounted as if it were a factory option (this is probably the more expensive option though, as you'll need the tank, sending units, plumbing, etc, and will probably have to have the computer reprogrammed).

Also keep your GVW in mind, as you'll be adding to the total weight of the vehicle by adding additional fuel.

Rotopax makes a neat setup. I've seen them on quads and jeeps, not sure if they have anything specific for a motorcycle, but its an idea...
