I've had one of these style on my home for 7 years without issue. I've never even changed the washer. My dad has had his for 20+ years I think and only bought a new one to put on the other hose.
I bought mine at Ace Hardware, he bought his last one at Lowes. I don't think the brand matters as much with this style.

Fill it with dog shampoo of choice. My girl gets essentially a daily bath at this point. I use one of these and a bath mitt and it takes a minute to do a full bath. Game changer.
GF's dad does AC work, which means in the spring he drives around and hoses down AC units and checks pressures all day. The important part is that it's a solid brass twist nozzle. He loses them long before they wear out or break.
Hm, so some quick stuff. The pi zero is kinda slow, i would not recommend it tbh. i got the regular pi 3 and it works pretty well. if you want timelapses and stuff (octolapse) then it's a must
they do have prints on thingiverse for the regular pi, you can still mount it on the printer. shouldnt matter what material, you just want to make sure it doesnt hit the printer head/heatbed (or any moving parts) and ensure it can get somewhat airflow.

PLA is the easiest, start with that and you can try others (abs/flex/etc) later. get used to printing. prusament is really nice stuff but a tad more pricey. amazon has a few colors in stock

I reccomend a fireman hose nozzle. We've had one for 2 years and it still looks and performs exactly as it did. It sits out in the sun all summer fall and I have a habit of constantly dropping it onto our concrete driveway and sidewalk.
This one is brass with rubber edges, EDIT: but made in china. The other manufactutrer is bon-aire, they come in green, titanium grey, or red and as far as I know are USA made. I have seen many different knock-off of these but as far as construction they are all basically identical.
Part of being prepared for this type of incident is also knowing when to stand back and let it burn, or if you have to let it burn, switch to protecting the other exposures; in this case the side of your house nearest to the fire, or any sheds etc. I'm not saying you needed to do that in this case, but you always have to know when the fire is beyond the capability of your tools and make that decision. You're probably still realizing just how many individual decisions you made in that short amount of time.
I like this type of nozzle for distance and the ability to shoot a wide spray pattern. I also like the ones called "sweeper nozzles" for shooting a stream over a long distance, such as wetting down a roof or the side of a house quickly.
The water extinguisher is a good addition. My dad always had several of those in the garage since he did some welding and used torches. I've seen those put out fires in under a minute simply because they were right there and available. We had extinguishers for other types of fires too, but the water extinguisher was the one that got used from time to time.
Fire extinguishers give a false sense of security. Several years ago I was at a rest area on the PA Turnpike and realized that a car parked several spaces down was on fire. The driver was inside the rest area. As I started toward the car, I realized there was someone asleep in the back seat. The fire was under the hood and already into the passenger compartment under the dash. I woke up the guy sleeping in the car, and helped him get their luggage and belongings out of the trunk before the whole car was involved. People were running up with tiny fire extinguishers and fortunately we convinced all but one of them that they would just waste their extinguisher. That guy "knew better" and had to shoot his extinguisher. He basically aimed it at nothing, and just about crapped his pants when it ran out in 8 seconds. The fire was way beyond the capability of any extinguisher and the best option was what we did - got the stuff out of the car, got all of the nearby cars and people away from it, and let it burn until the Fire Department arrived. Since we were on top of a mountain, it took a good 20 minutes for the FD to arrive, so the car was a total loss.
A good hose and nozzle are essential. As you found out, you also must have the pressure to back that up. If you are in an area where a wildfire is a possibility, take a look at a product called Barricade Fire Gel. It's pretty impressive stuff and is used to prepare your home prior to evacuation if you have time.

First off, preserve your resin as much as you can by setting up a bypass system on your DIC-20. Don't buy the one they have on their site. If you study their pictures, it's just home depot fittings and hoses marked up to $60. Buy the following:
2X y fittings or equivalent
1X hose
Edit: 1X Female/Female connection
I may be missing something else, but this is off the top of my head.
And set the output switches to On always when in use and Off when not in use. and the inlet to On/Off, for the DI or regular water of choice when using it. No need to constantly unhook/rehook your system.

Secondly, I also recommend that tube upgrade that was mentioned by the RV youtube video. It fixes the water mixing flaw in this design.
Third, to finally answer your question, the best price I can find online for non-regenerable resin is here $160 shipped! I thought about regenerating the resin from CR Spotless and realized it wasn't worth my time, and also it's super dangerous. Plus, 1 cu ft for $160 will last you a long time.

To my knowledge it is only a matter of replacing the regulator and then maybe the nozzles.
The nozzles are tiny brass nuts with a microscopic hole in them. As far as I know they are all standard thread size (M6). Better to check of course.
CNG and LPG burn almost exactly the same, if they are at the same pressure. So it may not be even necessary to change nozzles. The idea here is that if it produces too much flame you switch to one size smaller, and if it makes too little flame you do the opposite.
The are also air inlets that can be adjusted with a scewdriver (some are not adjustable at all). These control the fuel to air mixture. You fiddle with them to get a nice sable blue flame. If it is yellow and flickering you have too little air.

You cannot physically suck water up with any pump from deeper than about 33 feet, so 35 is just too much for the laws of physics.
However, what you can do is put a pump at the bottom of the well, or about 3 feet down from surface

I might also suggest seeing if you can stick a garden hose with one of those narrow "jet" nozzles at the bottom of your old well, and pumping in water (from some sort of container) to see if you could wash out the sediment.

Yeah, filter tanks expand more than you would think. That’s fine. Also, what kind of nozzle are you using on the end of your garden hose? Frequently people are using one of those 5-option ones from Home Depot, and those don’t clean for squat. Something like this works much better:

If you clean the filter, and everything works fine, a dirty filter was the problem. If you have to clean it too frequently, either you aren’t getting it clean enough, or it’s a bad filter.
get a brass nozzle like this and then attach it to a shutoff valve like this to control the flow. will never break.

I've used the Ziro and the Amolen marbles on my MK3. I don't like running it with the standard .4 nozzle though. Same applies with wood/glitter filament.
