Sorry you're getting downvoted for saying something works for you. I see there is peppermint and ginger in those gelcaps. You could give these peppermint flavored ginger chews a try if you want to stay on the safe side. There are smaller bags, but the 1lb bag is the best deal. I love them and the plain ginger ones, but they also have mango, orange, and peanut butter flavored ones.

"Ginger Root" = Candied ginger. Works great!

These are preggie pops. They taste great and really help with morning sickness. Also super convenient to just toss in your car or purse for on the go. And these are the ginger candies I’ve been using. They’re pretty tasty and help SOOO much. :)

I love this brand, usually buy it from an herbal shoppe in a little hippie town near me but it's on Amazon apparently :)

I felt bad at first. Sometimes I'll feel a bit off/sweaty, but I recently grabbed a huge bag of ginger candy double strength and I never feel any sickness as long as I have one before racing https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00IO2K91Q that's like 160 pieces

You ever had chimes or gin gins? The ginger gives a slight tingly/burning sensation in the mouth and back of the throat.

I use ginger chews, Trader Joe's sells some good ones. IME they work fairly well. You can get ginger supplements too, but I take preventamigraine as well and for some reason any supplements with magnesium sterate give me terrible stomach problems (at least I suspect it's that, preventamigraine has quite a lot of magnesium for a woman and I think the other supplements put me over the edge).

Here you go, mango ginger chews. Btw, all Chimes flavors are good!

You know who else blows a mean piece of brass? Me. I am totally in the same spot! I started mid-November and won't be paid until January :/

I have a delicious wishlist treat that is $12.47!

Real ginger is better for you, obviously, but this stuff is delicious and it usually gets rid of my nausea:

I flew to Greece and back from the United States at the very end of the first trimester. The flights honestly weren't too bad, except that on the way back there was some heavy turbulence (which has never bothered me before!) and I nearly used the sick bag. Things that probably helped: I made sure to carry extra snacks, as well as ginger chews (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D6X94D2/) and Queasy Drops (https://www.amazon.com/Three-Lollies-Queasy-Drops-Variety/dp/B0052N7YQ8), and drink a lot of ginger ale, and I also picked up a set of anti-nausea bands (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BKAGF5C, which I personally like more than the sweatband style ones).

Unfortunately, my good luck didn't extend to the trip itself! I was pretty miserable for the two weeks we were there.
