Looks like a scraper spatula for an indoor grill.

The boil-off rate will depend on a few things like the outside temperature, humidity, diameter of kettle, vigor of boil. If you are topping off after a boil though it doesn't really matter.

With temps in the 20's - 30's in Wisconsin this time of the year I'll boil-off roughly 1.5 gallons/hour with a 10 gallon Megapot at a medium-low boil. In the summer it's closer to 1 gallon/hour.

For propane tanks, these are awesome:

No prob at all yeah it seems these get a bad rap because out of the box they do seem to have a couple issues but with a little work they produce great results. This is the gasket I use between the firebox

Then I used ultra temp rtv for the smoke chamber door. Basically left the door up made a small bead then let it cure. Original plan was to use the felt but it was way to thick

We definitely eat corn on the cob, at least in the south. The normal preparation is to boil the corn cobs and then when the person is about to eat it, they take a pat of butter on a knife and spread it over all the corn, then you sprinkle the corn with some salt and pepper all the way around, and then you eat it straight off of the cob. Because the corn is hot and slippery, often people will have little skewers to stab into the end of the corn so it is easier to hold, like these.

I had the same worries with the bristles so I got one of these. it works pretty well.

I package all sorts of BHO and I use this very effectively. The bevel is beautiful and it's just shy of razor sharp.

There are also a bunch of other mods on Amazon I just came across. I'm pretty interested in the following.

No problem.

I use something like this so that they don't touch the grill grates:
https://www.amazon.com/Best-Barbecue-Stainless-Steel-Skewers/dp/B003FZAVU6/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1501584584&sr=8-5&keywords=skewer+rack+for+grill

So if you're using a charcoal grill, you generally have 2 grates. A lower grate where the charcoal sits on, and then an upper grate where the food sits on. Light your charcoal, put your upper food-cooking grate back on, place the racks on the grate, skewer your food, and cook away. You can make direct and indirect heating zones if you wish, and that's usually what I do to have some maneuverability.

I found an adhesive backed one on Amazon and applied it to the sides:

Sure, I can follow-up.

— Unhook the tank and put it outside immediately until you can replace it. Through no fault of your own you have a tank with a bad valve. After it is outside, take a whiff at the outlet; according to your description you should smell gas. It is not showing up as a leak in the line because the line is likely not leaking.

— That tank is too large to mount inside your vehicle, both by common sense and law. If you go above the small 1-lb cylinders, it must be mounted outside.

— Those pressure gages don't work effectively. Propane holds a pretty consistent pressure in the tank until it is all but empty. If you want a real handle on your remaining fuel, you'll want to go with something like this

I just went hunting and found all the pieces I would need for a prototype. Now, I just need to get bored enough that I want to tinker around to see if it would even work ;)

same here! i thrive on kitchen appliances and cooking stuff.. house and cooking stuff.. thats my thing. someone posted a video of a much more industrial one Kebab maker and i was pondering if i could see if amazon had one... and found this it can make 16 at a time. or this one which looks a little more sturdy but ultimately the same..

i want one so bad for bbqing and could you imagine halloween party catering with that thing? so much easier!

u/wildcatz311 · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

That's silly. The heavy metal grilling fork, however..

try looking for a "churrasco rack." looks like there's one called the "super skewer", too. plenty of product links with that search term.

they're all pretty pricey, however. fwiw, i have a set of these. i dunno if you'd be happy with kind of setup, but for the price you could buy 3 or 4 sets and jury rig your own rodizio, heh!

u/BigBadJonW · 1 pointr/bingingwithbabish

I have this one and it is amazing.

I'd probably be comfortable doing 4 at a time, but so far I've only done two. If you're gonna be doing this relatively often invest in a good, solid, non-slotted spatula. Something like this (I haven't used that one, but that's the idea). I'll throw two balls of meat on the steel, then press them one at a time (each for about 10 seconds) using another spatula (or wooden spoon, whatever) to press down on the big spatula.

The baking sheet idea is intriguing, just be careful and use a couple oven mitts - that pan will get real hot! One thing to watch out for is when you pull it off, hopefully the meat doesn't want to come with it. I sometimes have that problem with just a spatula - in those cases I usually just keep pressing for a few seconds longer.

Diet Pepsi

I would talk to a telemarketer and listen to what they have to say for 10 minutes :)
