Like when you want to order 50 kilo packages of a perfectly legal product that shall remain nameless Mr. Postal Worker.
I am not going to tell any Postal Worker about my addiction to large quarantines of Thomas', Corn Bagels. They don't sell them in the local stores anymore, so I need to order them online. But my private Bagel Consumption habits are no business of the government jackboots.
These are pretty awesome everything bagels. I have ordered them probably 7-8 times.

Great Low Carb Bread Company. Little pricey but I liked them. I am going to try Zero Carb - these next. I have this brand's hamburger buns and bread too, just havent tried them yet.

One more french toast item. Also, did you say everything?
I hope there will be a mini garlic bread heroine.
I thought they were Bagel Chips
There's an amazing thing you can do where you change what you originally wrote.... It's called editing.
And I see these at the grocery store all the time, so calm down.
(not OP) nope!

Stayed in bed til about 11, wasn't hungry so I had lunch around 2. Leftover chicken salad, no bread. Probably would've been 1.5 sandwiches worth. Snack, had 2 little beef jerky sticks. Dinner was a bacon cheeseburger with all the fixings on a bun I made from this recipe:

And a couple vodka tonics to pass the evening.
Some empty calories there, and below all my goals for the day. But also below all my limits, so that's good.
Will probably be hungry in the morning, so will probably have one of these with cream cheese: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00GU1CVUU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_6XnACbEF4PGY4
Is it possible to abuse the "carbs - fiber = net carbs" line of thinking? I've been doing keto for about 3 weeks now, and I'm not sure if I'm in ketosis. I want to trust the process but wondering if short-cutting things.
I travel a lot for work, so I'm rarely at home. I've found doing salads at Sweetgreens (x2 meat, with cheese and avocado; no bread, potatoes or starchy things). When I am at home, I've been using a "zero carb" bread (ex: https://smile.amazon.com/ThinSlim-Foods-Calorie-Cinnamon-Bagels/dp/B00GU2E8UA/ref=sr_1_12?keywords=no+carb+bread&qid=1557158845&s=gateway&sr=8-12 ) along with low carb ice creams or chocolates (generally using sugar alcohols).

So far, I've lost about ~3 pounds over 3 weeks. Not bad, but not amazing either. I'm wondering if it's due to keto, or due to calorie restriction from having salads every day!

Am I over thinking things? Or need to add more fat?

Great Low Carb Bread Company's Onion Bagels: still have to toast them and put on some butter and cream cheese. But these and bulletproof coffee save me on my early days.
