I bought these recently to go over normal trainers and they're great. I ride an electric bike and don't sweat much so in the rain I wear these and a waterproof motorcycle oversuit with all my normal clothes underneath.

Vaude is my go-to. Not too expensive but super high-quality. After hours spent in the rain on bike tours the only thing that I find comfortable is a cape/poncho. See below for links.

Also gaiters and helmet cover help a lot as well.

Those are probably your best for durability. They look good. Here is the repro: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002ECN08G/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1
Interesting. My husband has a pair of OluKai casuals and has worn the shit out of them with no issues. We treat all our leather/suede/fabric shoes with this or this (specifically the sponge on kind). Never had any issues!!
