I mean it's only $230. I saw somebody doing 35 mph and also jump a car with these things

Yep he should buy himself a pair of https://www.amazon.com/Flybar-Master-Walking-Stilts-Weights/dp/B01LOPSL64?ref_=bl_dp_s_web_16013621011. With those he'd be taller than Yao Ming and a gigachad.

Or These. But maybe more for Octane cosplay.

Not sure if you're serious, but they're called Powerisers. I got a pair that I shelved after earning myself 3 scars my first time using them.

Boing Boing

Something like http://www.amazon.com/dp/B002IAQEDC/

They are a lot of fun, but its really easy to hurt yourself. Practice on the grass as much as you can, make sure theres no rocks around for your to fall on. I'd recommend something like a soccer field.

You need these OP!! I've often thought about doing a Chell cosplay but I am too lazy. You look awesome!

Make sure you get the right weight range. If you're too light you won't be able to fully compress the springs for max height. If you're too heavy they'll bottom out which limits height and doesn't feel good.

There used to be a great community for support and tips, but I haven't checked it out in years.

EDIT: Here's the old website. Looks like it's dead now, but the information would still be good if you wanted to read through it. Is funny how these "sports of the future" come and go. Back when I was into it it seemed like it would never stop growing.

Yes, and they can make you run pretty fast. I remember back when I was 12 or something I was really interested in getting something like this to mess about with, but my parents correctly convinced me out of it. Although, looking at them again, they'd make getting around college a lot more fun....

These fucking things! I'm lucky to be alive...

u/THEInsaneBotanist · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

Well I would buy these wonderful things if I had prime. they're what I've wanted for a while now

u/Glorious_Jo · 1 pointr/GenZ

If these came into style during the 2020's I would be so happy. Call me crazy but I think a bunch of suited up business men walking around town in these bad boys would look pretty neat.

u/jynnjynn · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

these jumping stilts cause honestly... how could you NOT want them? And because my Raoa wishlist is the same one my friends and family get. I obviously would never expect a stranger to pick anything outside of the <$10 list, but maybe, just maybe my mom loves me enough for Christmas jumping stilts :P

u/JMFargo · 1 pointr/randomactsofamazon

These ridiculous things that are on my wishlist.

I don't know if I'd use them as much as I hope I would or if they'd just become another thing that sits in the corner collecting dust. I just really want to find out!

Add jumping stilts as a 4th deploy-able pack players can take: https://www.amazon.com/Skyrunner-Kangaroo-Jumping-Exercise-Bouncing/dp/B00M3Y8ZA8

These could allow players to sprint faster and jump higher, effectively being a middle ground between bikes and grapples without being quite as useful in their specific areas. Example, can jump 2.5 stories but not grapple to 3-4 and won't be as fast as biking.

Also, possibly mitigating falling dmg a bit? Whether by an overall decrease to dmg or increasing the height required to actually dmg you.
