What do you mean dragons don't seal bags?

Damn, I'd uninstall right now if my phone actually could play the game.

Not OP, but looks like she uses cello bags and a heat sealer like this: Flexzion 8-Inch/200mm Impulse Sealer with Replacement Element Grip and Teflon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B011TS3UWQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_qC.Dyb5GSFY9J
That's what I use for my cookies :)

They should probably update that, they've been available for sale for a while now. $7k for a two-head system, or apparently less if you buy from Amazon.

We have these at work for years; they seem solid.

Looks like this, but don't take my word for it. MMMmm Golden Brown and Delicious. So you can grow potatoes and cod in there right?

I got a 1965 edition of the Anskarum mixer, bought it for $100 on a flea market. I use it several times a week, and guess it got many years in it still.

I know what I would buy if I had to buy a new one, but I doubt I ever will..

In the USA look into cost plus world market...

Or order a stroopwafel iron from the Netherlands so you can make them at home. Amazon has a pro grade one for only $481 USD (plus crazy shipping fees) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06Y6JRT4D

Home ones are much cheaper some people use pizelle irons or Belgian cookie irons but it's not exactly the same.

Have the 36" long version of this metal table:

I was gonna say, don't spend more than this . I expected a link to a gun site for $100. Thats pretty cheap. Though you could use this to smoke the pig too ;-)

If I wanted to have that sink operational, I would buy this table, or one like it. I actually have this exact table in my backyard, and screwed on top of it a butcher block table top for a work bench with a vise. It’s exceptionally sturdy and strong and rot proof. It would make a great base for your sink. You would just need to cut a hole in the stainless top for your drain. And also bolt something like 2 pieces of wood on to the table top, over which the sink would rest, to prevent it from moving about. That thing must weigh at least 100 pounds. Good luck.

Along those same lines, if you had something to store the rest of your wine (a corked/bunged carboy), you could put a gallon at a time in a sealed drink dispenser, as long as you seal the top well enough on your own. This also depends on how quickly you are drinking your wine.

If money truly is no object, a commercial grade circulator from Polyscience is the best you can get. It is a bit of an overkill for home use. If I had money to burn, I would have a bigger kitchen, and my second circulator would be from Polyscience. They make several models. Here is one on Amazon.

A chamber vacuum sealer would be nice to have, as well as at least two baths--one insulated for longer cooks, and a standard one.
