Ipecac challenge. Everyone takes one dose. Reverse seeding based on who pukes first/last.
I got the idea from the incredibly gross Family Guy Scene. Very gross, best to do outside.

Many people make teas with it! But I've heard it's quite bitter. Your best bet is [here] (https://www.amazon.com/Natures-Way-Feverfew-Leaves-Capsules/dp/B0002IHF6M/ref=sr_1_5_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1526931687&sr=1-5&keywords=feverfew). Worth adding if you're looking for an anti-inflammatory with antioxidant, anti-allergy, and slight anxiolytic properties! It's quite cheap so I will be trying it soon and reporting back.

I haven't tried it on my hands or feet. On the description, it says we can apply it on hands and feet as well. I do feel that it will work just fine but I have never tried anti-perspirants on anything other than at underarms. I just don't feel like doing that yet.
I take 4 tabs of Silicea 30X, 20 minutes after dinner with a mouthful of water. I make sure to dissolve the 4 tabs in that mouthful water and then swallow it and drink 1+ glass of water before going to bed. When I don't drink enough water, my throat and windpipe are dry in the morning (must be due to Silicea). I also make sure that I drink plenty water throughout the day and I watch the color of my pee. Even if it's slightly yellow, I drink ton of water. I also do Iontoderma sessions on palm and feet once per week. All these 3 things combined, I feel I sweat 80% less than what I used to. (If I can reach 100%, I would call myself a normal human)

I also have butt sweating condition, but as long as my Silicea 30X and water drinking routine is on, I have no sweating on palm & butt -- and very little sweating on the feet. Armpits is taken care of by Silicea and Perspi-Guard.
Here's the Silicea 30X I use

I posted a similar question on here for a gift for my boyfriend, and I got a lot of great responses so I decided to make a "panic box" for him with lots of different ideas.

He is big on scents for soothing, so I got him a relaxation blend and frankincense essential oils, as well as his favorite incense.

He is also very responsive to tea, so I got him this pregnancy tea. I know that seems weird, but it was one of the few on Amazon that had chamomile and oatstraw. Although I didn't really expect them to work, I also got him stress mints, calm drops, and moon drops in hopes that having something to suck on might calm him down if some minor anxiety pops up.

As for books, after reviewing this thread here, I got him this anxiety memoir since he seems to benefit from reading other people's stories (shout out to this subreddit! Thanks guys!), as well as this workbook.

Finally, I got him a panic pete to give him something to hold and squeeze when he was anxious. Out of all the things I got him, he loved panic pete the best!

As a final, personal touch, I printed out this article which he loved reading when he is anxious, and included some of the calming mantras I found here.

Hope at least some of this helps!

You can maybe try this or Hyland's makes this. I have had some success from Hyland's teething tabs and sniffles tabs. They dissolve and are safe for young kids. My other thoughts from my pregnancy nausea are mints (I liked spearmint better than peppermint) and also try ginger, like ginger ale. Another thought is the lollipops they make for pregnant ladies. I think they're called preggo pops or preggy pops. Also, my aunt owns a cleaning business and she uses a product called Odo-Ban for things that have a bad smell. Good Luck.

Well no shit. They never actually get to that dilution, like you said there's not enough water in the world. In the end they just end up with a solution that is 100% water and 0% whatever the original substance is. The point is that with the procedure they go through, which is pretty much exactly what I described, they would need a sphere 1 AU radius to have the substance.

They describe the strength of their medicine by how many time they go through the process I described, though a quick bit of research shows they do it 1/100 each time. 1c is doing it once, i.e. a 1/100 dilution. 2c is doing it twice, so a 1/10000 dilution. A quick search on amazon finds this, which is 30c, that is to say 1/10^60 dilution. For there to be a single molecule of whatever the original ingredient was, the container of water would need to be 30,000,000,000 times the size of earth. And I've seen up to 40c, which is a 1/10^80 dilution. Upper estimates for the number of atoms in the observable universe is 10^82.

Luckily this suggest that at least one claim they make is accurate. Their medicine has no side effects.

We keep a bottle of "Placebex" at the pharmacy actually. Also, docs can call in scripts. I've never dispensed it except for drug studies though.

Have you ever tried this for your RLS? It works pretty well. They sell them at Walmart as well. I will dissolve one under my tongue, and take a hot shower, within 20 minutes my legs have stopped being insane.

I also have a TENS unit that I will sometimes use to make the muscles spazm and then they stop. RLS makes me crazy.

Pain usually keeps me from getting things done. That or my mood swings down to crushing depression, or I get bad anxiety that causes me to not be able to really move, or my blood sugar is high and makes me sick. So mostly health issues. But when I feel good I tend to get overwhelmed by all the things I need to do and then I end up not being able to decide on what needs to be done, so I'll do a little of this and that and then get so overwhelmed that I have a panic attack and end up doing nothing else. haha.
