Panache is what I use, but try asking at r/abrathatfits if you need more help

u/n71095 · 57 pointsr/xxfitness

that's how I feel about panty lines. I don't care for them to show, but if they do, I'm not gonna let it affect my workout.

However, if you do want a sports bra that keeps them covered more, I highly recommend the panache sports bra. Victoria's secret has one that's similar, but I haven't tried it so I can't comment on it

u/AlwaysDisposable · 11 pointsr/xxfitness

Sometimes I wear a fuller coverage sports bra like this style over a regular bra, so your idea sounds fine. I think if your outer bra covered up the inner bra then probably no one would even notice.

u/prefinished · 11 pointsr/TheGirlSurvivalGuide

Measure yourself properly! /r/abratthatfits has a good guide.

After that, look at actual sports bras. I personally like this one:
http://www.amazon.com/Panache-Womens-Underwired-Sports-Black/dp/B005VNFNTY

Size down a cup size in this brand though, I think. (Amazon has a great return policy though, haha.) Also the band runs pretty tight the first few times you'll wear it. My 28H boobs do not move at all in this bra.

u/jleitei · 5 pointsr/ABraThatFits

I'm looking for something similar—haven't been able to find it, but if you want a sports bra that separates, try the Panache Underwire Sports bra: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B005X5FMYG/ It's been a godsend for me

u/aewillia · 5 pointsr/running

Panache is the recommended brand pretty much unanimously in other threads like this one.

I love this bra. 34H here. Gets all the support you need and isn't fugly.

u/dehue · 4 pointsr/ABraThatFits

My favorite sports bra is the panache underwired sports bra. You can buy it on Amazon, or on sites like www.barenecessties.com or www.herroom.com. I have also seen them at Nordstoms. I wear 28GG and it supports me really well, is very comfortable and looks nice under shirts. It also has a clip to convert it to racerback. The padding is very minimal and serves for added comfort and support.

Sizing works by brand so you will need to look for your UK size since most companies that make larger cup sizes are UK (Panache, Freya, Curvy Kate). I don't recommend non-bra sized sports bras if you are at all busty.

u/WanderlustWanderer · 4 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

Champion has a bra called the show off

It's amazing, especially for large chests, and you don't have to worry about removing pads.

u/zooeycamb · 4 pointsr/asktransgender

Avoid binders -- they can damage breast tissue! Instead, get some sports bras, e.g.:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00DL34JMS

u/manowar88 · 3 pointsr/ftm

The Underworks binding bra is probably your best bet, though it likely won't be quite as effective as a normal Underworks binder.

u/onebittercritter · 3 pointsr/beyondthebump

You absolutely need to get over to /r/abrathatfits. Use the measurement/fit guide in the sidebar and find your real bra size. Then I would recommend getting the Panache unerwired sports bra.

u/ConfidentMachine · 3 pointsr/ftm

i have the same one, its an underworks sports bra-binder https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I54X1B8/ <-- here

u/evendeathmaydie · 3 pointsr/ftm

The longer you bind, the more your breast tissue will break down. Your breasts will get less firm and if you bind too tightly you could bruise. Trans guys generally don't care about the fact that their breasts go from firm to soft and easily flattened, but you might care. I suggest getting a binding bra, or a minimizing bra intended for females, not males, if you're spending a significant amount of time wearing a binder. Unless you're ok with your boobs getting flat, soft, and breast tissue breaking down over time. If you're just presenting as male a small amount of the time in comparison to how much you are presenting as female, you might be ok.

There are some girls who cosplay as men or cross-dress for performance purposes and I have not heard them complain of damage, but I don't know how often they are doing it. Maybe talk to female-to-male crossdressers, they probably know more about preserving their boobs than we do. However, I heard of older women soaking their breasts in ice water every night to persevere their "perkiness" as they age. Maybe try that? LOL idk.

Don't wear ace bandages or tape or anything that wasn't intended for binding.

EDIT: I used to use sports bras before I came out, I have some other links if you want them! (:

First, get sized on r/abrathatfits. I have to have ones with hooks because they provide far more support than the pull-over-your-head. Also, but ones by band and cup size, not ones that are S-XL sizing. This one by Glamorise is currently my favorite for support. I like my ones from Cacique too. Panache makes supportive bras for larger sizes, but for me the fit isn't right with that company.

If you live near a Cacique (Lane Bryant), you can order a bunch and then return them for free at the store. And certain stores on Amazon like NY Lingerie offer free returns. I recommend that and buying a bunch to try on knowing you won't lose any money if you have to return them.

u/vallary · 3 pointsr/ABraThatFits

It's a bit harder to get diagnose fit and for some people to get the best possible fit in a moulded bra, but if you're not at all open to wearing a non-moulded bra, that's totally your choice. Your measurements put you between band sizes as well as between cup sizes, so you're likely to wear a 32 band in some bras and a 34 in others (in addition to being between cup sizes).

I'm putting only amazon links in here for ease of shipping/returns. Everything I've linked is available on Prime, but it might default to another seller if the size you choose is out of stock or they have a lower price so just pay attention when you're adding stuff to your cart as other sellers will have their own return policies.

For absolute basic, 'everyday' bras, your best choice to start would probably be Freya Deco. This bra runs bigger in the band, so you'll probably do fine in a 32 band here.

Personally I prefer the fit of the Parfait Jeanie to the Deco, I find the cups/straps are a little closer together so it's much more comfortable for me. (Also it's $20 cheaper, though, I'd still pay the extra money for something that fit better).

Strapless bras are fairly difficult to come by in larger sizes, the Deco Strapless is what I would consider the most useful one, it also comes in a longline version which may be more supportive if you don't find this sufficient. It is tighter in the band than the regular Deco, so you may take a 34 in this.

Panache Sport is probably the most consistently recommended bra on this sub, it comes in underwired and non-wired versions. It's not moulded, the cups are seamed and made of flexible foam. The underwires in the wired version are padded, so it's pretty comfy. You'll probably take a larger band in this based on the fact that you're lifting and doing yoga, and not running.

However, since the Panache sport is an encapsulation bra, it's really not my first choice for yoga. I prefer this Shock Absorber which is a strong compression bra, to just flatten my boobs as much as possible to get them as much out of the way as they can get. This runs tight in the band, so I might suggest trying a 36 band. The sizing is kind of weird on this as well, the boob section never gets any wider, it just gets taller (I own this in a FF and H cup in the same band size), so if you try it and think it doesn't provide enough coverage and is showing too much very squished cleavage, just size up even if it's a cup size much larger than you would normally wear.

$250 is a bit of a tight budget for the number of bras you want, but really not impossible once you've narrowed down your size. Even based on Amazon-pricing, if you like the Parfait Jeanie, you can get 3 of those, the Deco Strapless, and a sports bra for $260.....but you can also get 3 Decos, the Deco Strapless, and a Panache Sport from here for £161 which converts to $213USD. You can also often find new with tags bras on ebay from UK sellers that are selling off previous seasons' printed or fashion colour bras.

Oo gurl do I love telling everyone and their mother about my unicorn of a sports bra for running! I used to be limited to low impact activity until I found Panache’s high impact sports bra! I usually just wait for a specific color option in my size to go on sale on amazon and then I stock up-
https://www.amazon.com/Panache-Womens-Underwire-Sports-Bra/dp/B005VNFNTY/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?crid=2YQ15LYQGRH3J&keywords=panache+sports+bra+high+impact&qid=1555083555&s=gateway&sprefix=panache+sp&sr=8-1

For reference, I’m 28G and these bras have made running feel like I don’t even have boobs. It’s great.

u/kt4softball · 3 pointsr/bigboobproblems

You could try this. They don't specifically have a 36H/K but you may be able to sister size. I like it a lot and wear a 38H. The mesh part makes it very high but I cut that part off so it's not so noticeable when I'm just wearing for the day. I leave a few with the mesh because it's nice for high impact activity. The price is right and it's prime! :-) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007KFZGVQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_gOYNybAKX3BNP

u/ElectroShark · 2 pointsr/xxfitness

I'm smaller band but still have issue getting things that fit my small boobs and can get off over my shoulders while sweaty (being A cup most annoyingly tend to just be crop styles rather than having clasps). A couple I like are http://www.amazon.com/Shock-Absorber-Womens-Support-Sports/dp/B00AZLJT1A but the smaller cup sizes never seem to get any colour apart from black and white.

Also http://www.amazon.com/Champion-Womens-Show-Off-Sports/dp/B00AHRDK4Y although this is just s-xl so I don't know how that will work for you.

u/normal3catsago · 2 pointsr/ABraThatFits

I've been pretty happy with Glamorise wirefree bras from Amazon. Me and wires don't go well together, either. I have two of the Magic Lift band in 38DD and they are great and comfortable for every day and provide okay (not fabulous) shape for a wirefree bra. I honestly haven't found a wirefree bra that replicates a wire. But I can't wear a wire for more than an hour or so, so I usually end up trying one on for a big occasion, then giving up before I leave the house and putting on my Glamorise!

I also have one of their Sports bras and I will not buy another brand. Period. Fabulous for me.

I honestly cannot recall if they are UK or US sizing at this time. I have to dig out my numbers, which I've saved somewhere. But I can recommend them as great every day bras. One of my t-shirt bras (first link) is 3 years old and another is one year old and I basically alternate them every day.

It did take me a little bit to figure out sizing, as I look through my Amazon order history. Looks like I tried the 38F first and then went down to the 38DD. I think was a 38F by the calculator on here and may have confused UK/US sizing.

I just found an amazing workout bra. You can jump, box, or hang upside down in this bra and the girls stay in place. I have been through so many so called sport bras and this one is uh mazing. It's an invest of 66 but it lasts so long. Here's the link

I bought this sports bra from amazon and for me it really got the job done. I’m 42H and this bra gives me so much support and it’s comfy to boot.

Glamorise Women's Full Figure Adjustable Wirefree Sport Bra #1166, Black/Grey' 42H https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HCNBNJA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_IGRQCbFKMEGTG

Edit: US 42H

u/advwench · 1 pointr/datingoverthirty

With Panache's underwire sports bra, mostly. It goes up to J and it keeps movement to a minimum. I just had to downsize to a 36G from a 38H (please, please let me end up with a size sold in stores, oh boob gods) and although I also have this one from Glamorise and it also does a good job, I prefer the Panache.

u/ennasue · 1 pointr/TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I'm a 28F and I AM IN LOVE with this sports bra: http://www.amazon.com/Panache-Womens-Underwired-Sports-Multi/dp/B00KQP8Q1O/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1420774040&sr=8-2&keywords=panache+bra I run a lot (half and full marathons) and these are perfect for me (hopefully you as well).

Prices on Amazon vary by color/size/time of day, but I've always happily paid $60+ for these bras (which is a lot of money for me, as I'm living on a measly PhD stipend).

edit: I forgot to mention that it doesn't give you a uni-boob!

u/Scaaaary_Ghost · 1 pointr/TheGirlSurvivalGuide

The best option I've found for a sports bra that is supportive but doesn't give me "uniboob" under clothing is the Panache underwire sports bra. Unfortunately, they're normally super expensive, so it's something where I keep an eye out for sales, but they're hard to get on short notice on a student budget.

Is there something you can do about not having time to fully change before gym? That seems unreasonable to me.

u/ElleKayB · 1 pointr/xxfitness

The women over at r/abrathatfits swear by a few when it comes to support

1 Panache sport there is also a wireless version and a sports top

2 shock absorber - I'm really not sure wick model they prefer, as I've never had luck with compression sports bras

3 Freya active this bra trends to have wider underwires then the panache, also an unwired

For any of these bras to work properly you will need to find your real bra size which does not involve adding 4 inches to the band

u/SharkAttackDat · 1 pointr/ftm

Try buying an underworks binder if you can afford it. G2bc binders aren’t as comfortable as the underworks ones I own. I pretty much exclusively wear underworks now.

This one is very comfortable.

u/TheRealKaila · 1 pointr/Reduction

I lived in these post reduction. I bought them in size 44 and 42. I was a 38HH pre reduction and am now a 40DD 6 months post op. The 44 was great for the first couple weeks and then the 42 was better once most the swelling went down. They were also cheap enough that I wasn't upset when I got blood or gunk on them. And I was able to buy a lot so I wasn't having to constantly wash them.

u/Apotts1979 · 1 pointr/FrugalFemaleFashion

Glamorise Sports Bra It may not be the cheapest, but it holds the girls in place-even with jumping jacks!

u/aimee_darling · 1 pointr/ABraThatFits

I'm about the same size, and [I have this bra.] (http://www.amazon.com/Glamorise-Womens-Double-Custom-Control/dp/B00C1Z2GX6/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1462595691&sr=8-4&keywords=glamorise+bra)

The band is not really stretchy at all and the bra seems to run a little small for me, so I think I have a 40 or even a 42 G. The double coverage thing is a little gimmicky.

I normally wear underwires only, but this is a decent sports bra, and you know you will never have an underwire pop and poke you during a workout.

u/ohsoqueer · 1 pointr/ftm

I've heard good things about https://www.amazon.com/Underworks-MagiCotton-Sports-Binding-Minimizer/dp/B00I54WZGK , but have not tried it personally.

u/Seburstian · 1 pointr/ftm

Ah, yeah, that's a bit of a problem. Do you have some cash saved up, by any chance? You could buy a PayPal gift card and then use it to buy the binder. Might be annoying if your parents are super paranoid though.

Beyond that, any chance you're a sporty type? You could ask your parents to get you this, which is probably about as close to a binder as you can get without actually being a binder.
