A few things:
If I keep the water bottles in while I'm packing my pack, it creates little bottle-shaped dents that make them more secure.
They're secure if I put 2 bottles per pocket.
If I'm just storing one bottle per side, the bottle on the side with the side-strap has a sawyer filter on it, which helps the side-strap secure it.
The bottle I use on the other side is a Core Hydration bottle which has a subtle hourglass shape, and that's enough to keep it from ever falling out.
These are all things I do normally so I didn't even know bottles can fall out of the side pockets until my friend complained about it and we compared how we do things and figured it out.
It won't boost your energy, but water is generally a good bet.
If you want electrolytes due to excessive sweating, Propel Water has a dye-free, sweetener-free option that is just the added minerals to water. This one: https://www.amazon.com/Propel-Electrolyte-Gatorade-electrolytes-Unflavored/dp/B0176QGAYU
Coconut water has electrolytes and also calories from sugar.
Do you have a specific health problem with low stamina/energy?
Woke up at 5am, then had two cups of coffee. Now I start to get tired. Guess I should start making it with Water Joe
Also wondering how many of these conditions I would have had if I were alive then.
Coconut water would work too, but I was more talking about water that has electrolytes added. Some specific examples, you can probably find at least one of these in your typical grocery store.

Do you mean [these (with the flip top)?] (https://www.amazon.com/LIFEWTR-Purified-Balanced-Electrolytes-Packaging/dp/B01MQ3ZO6B?th=1) I hadn't heard of them before your post here. That looks like a handy bottle.
Most are low-quality crinkly type, but some are actually quite good and suitable for refill. I can confirm the following two are good-quality, using nice thick but still flexible plastic:

I use these when driving and traveling.
