Yeesh, are you sure you're good to operate one? Respects, man.

For what it's worth, I'm partial to this stuff. It's just dynamine methylliberine with some other stuff added.

Water water is actually absorbed faster by your body, it wont help decrease it, but if you're taking a sip every 5-10 minutes you should be fine. 1 bottle/hour maybe even 1.5/hr if its really hot.

Also try a hydration powder, GU/Nuun/Gatorade something that adds electrolytes and potassium. If helps your body absorb the water better and make it more efficient.

I usually do one bottle with a tablet and one bottle of pure water. The gatorade one comes in individual packets if you go on long enough ride to refill your water. Take turns sipping from both. They usually leave a residue in the bottle so you should always use the same bottle with the powder.

Phenylpiracetam is good for studying. but tolerance builds so its only good to take a few times a week.

Alcar has always helped with my focus & mental stamina.

Personally i've always loved Gfuel, its kind of pricey, but its a powdered energy drink geared towards gamers. It really does work well for what it is.

Adrafinil isn't a bad idea, its the prodrug of modafinil. As long as you wouldn't take it everyday for a long time there isn't too much risk too it. The only complication is that its about as bad for the liver as tylonal. It is a wakefulness promoter.

There are plenty of other places to buy these, but Nootropic depot is a good source.

This week was slow for me, but really nice weather in the Dallas area will do that. I made around $1000 before gas on 42 hours. I run multiple apps as well, but DoorDash and postmates are my main two.
I used to spend a lot on Red Bull’s, but recently ordered some of these no crash caffeine pills. Saved me a lot this week and seem smoother and last longer then Red Bull’s or coffee..

Edit: I drive a Corolla as well so get on average 28mpg when dashing

Wonder no longer.

Basically relieves hunger, works as a upper, et cetera... Not the intended use, but has a hell of a shelf life and takes the elements without too bad effect.

Consider it the red bull when you can't have any, and your boss told you to forget about lunch. ;)

I actually really like Key Keto: Exogenous Ketone Supplement, Key Keto: Patented BHB Salts (Beta-Hydroxybutyrate) - Formulated for Ketosis, to Burn Fat, Increase Energy and Focus, Supports a Keto Diet. Lemon Lime Sherbet 15 Servings https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B666363/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_OwjWDbP3Z72H6

I make it with more water than recommended (just for taste), and I think it tastes great.

I didn’t see a recommended electrolyte in the FAQ. I’ll take another look.

I was mistaken, I bought a different brand: Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Powder 30 Serving Canister, Lemonade, 3.7 Ounce (2-Pack) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076BVQYJR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_HgoWBbMJZPXHX

As other users have said, salt/ magnesium supplements would be great. I recommend this:

Are you averse to the idea of taking caffeine with it? This product has 60 doses of 200 mg each L-Theanine for only 7.99. But also 200 mg caffeine.

I'm open to suggestion of other products I can mix into my water bottle. I just want to replenish electrolytes while I run/bike. This one looks good too

They all seem to use stevia leaf.

Arielle looks at the paper airplane as it flies off and takes a good mental note about the job and location. She tells her fixer Percy, "Looks like I got a job lead, we'll see what this one means"

Keto is probably better for that longer, sustained exertion versus something in bursts like sprinting. Those longer endurance activities are totally doable on keto, though! Just look at these guys who switched to a keto diet during training and smashed the record for rowing across the Atlantic! Make sure you drink enough water and supplement your electrolytes (someone recommended these for me which are nice and portable and nice to keep in my purse for when I can't keep my ketoade on hand).

u/iShoot556 · 1 pointr/nfl

Yeah man! I get these ones.

u/KanyeTrump2020 · 1 pointr/JoeRogan

It doesn’t. It just adds ketones to your system, which if anything means it will take longer to burn off glycogen and get back into ketosis.

Kegenix is the supplement, but it’s crazy expensive.

This is the same thing but cheaper, if you want to try it. It may help you avoid feeling like shit through the induction phase.

"At all"

Except when it is.

$200 for a kilo of 20% PS, which is effectively 200 grams of PS since you have to use a 2:1 or 5:1 ratio to get a proper serving.

60 servings is 6 grams. For $13. That's an encapsulated bulk price of $2,200/kg.

Just look up the name exactly as I spelled it

Edit: I didn’t want to share a link because I am still not sure if this is the best option and I am not affiliated with the company, and I’m not sure if I want to encourage people to take it, but here it is Keto Electrolyte Supplement (180... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RDMC786?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
