I just made myself two of them. Pretty neat gadget. My son is ADHD as well and wife is ADD.

Have you tried a wobble stool. It's a stool but has a rounded bottom so they can rock back and forth. Some schools will either provide one or let you bring one in.

I bought myself a plastic wobble stool to use at my desk, but it was targeted towards kids and came in several heights. Several of the reviewers got it for SPD kids. Maybe some sort of chair replacement like that, for when she has to sit not-on-the-floor? It’s not especially exciting, so the other kids are unlikely to be jealous, especially if you pick a color that matches the chairs in the room or get the boring grey one like I did. oh yeah I forgot about that! It's "THE CUBE"! (12") We bought it a few years back as a festival accessory, but fit too perfectly to not use it as a nightlight.

It's pretty cool! It's waterproof, and sturdy enough to be used as a chair, and changes colors. Great for camping, parties, whatever.

I got sick of my office chair and just splurged for myself two weeks ago to get this chair:

Learniture Adjustable-Height Active Learning Stool, Black, LNT-RIA3052BK-SO https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GVVQNL6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_TSP9AbK4931KQ

It was a solid investment and I'll take it wherever I go next. I love it so far.

I use a wobble type stool for pretty much all VR games involving player movement - it’s the perfect balance between standing and sitting if you lean it slightly forward so it forms a sort of tripod with your legs but bears most of the weight.

I can still easily swivel and lean side to side as if I’m standing, but am anchored to the center of the field of view and comfortable. It’s also great for games like firewall and farpoint because you can adjust the height so your knees are bent a bit in a slight crouch. It makes movement feel more tactical and immersive than standing upright, but also takes the load off my knees that would happen if I actually crouched.

Make sure that the screen is at eye-level and the keyboard can be reached when your arms are at a roughly 90 degrees angle.

Also: Standing all day long in front of a computer will probably be result in all kinds of other problems from bad posture and your feet will hurt like hell. So any good standing desk solution should also come with a good stool to support you, something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Learniture-LNT-RIA3052BK-SO-Adjustable-Height-Active-Learning/dp/B01GVVQO5G/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1493662537&sr=8-2&keywords=learning+stool+learniture&th=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=ss-p02110-20&linkId=fbc61146aa94b7d61b122d1e24f08d7e&language=en_US
