I have been using this stuff, but my hygienist, who was complementing my newfound dental health (aside from coffee stains), said just baking soda would probably do the job. I probably won't buy it again if I can make something easily, but it is nice for travel, and shelf stable for years. Would recommend it to anyone who travels regularly.
I use this one

Check out Dr George's Dental White Gel, you can get it on amazon. It is the same stuff that crest white strips uses, but you get way more product for way less. You'll have to also purchase a plastic mouth tray, one of those ones you dip in boiling water and then mold to your teeth, but thats <$10. As an avid coffee and red wine drinker, I have used it with a TON of success for years. AND I'm still on my first bottle.

The light is pointless FYI.
You dont use the entire syringe... I think its like 4\5 applications per syringe. and you keep it in the fridge.

i've personally used it and it was awesome.
I'm not sure what type of gel you used. But this is what I use and it works like a charm.
The top comment says to only wear for 4-6 hours, but my dentist told me that I was safe to wear them overnight. I started to see a noticeable difference after the second night.
There are also higher dosages, but I wouldn't recommend those until you try the lower dose. These will make your teeth sensitive, but to counteract that, I brush with Sensodyne (which I already use for sensitive teeth), and unless you're biting into an ice cream bar, you won't notice much.
I've read that over 10 - 15% carbamide peroxide can cause excessive teeth sensitivity and demineralization.

Amazon has a good concentration product. Opalescence at 10-15% seems a good way to go, with some boil-your-own mouth gards at Walgreens. If you can get a remineralizing gel, from what I've read, that helps a lot too.
immediately. like, brush, rinse, notice a difference. https://www.amazon.com/Whitening-Activated-Charcoal-Whitener-Bentonite/dp/B017VP0OX4
I buy from Bulk Apothecary. If I'm in a pinch when Bulk Apothecary is out of stock or if I need it really fast, I'll order this from Amazon (curiously out of stock now, but normally not).
This stuff is a god send. my teeth are way too sensitive to use crest strips or the dentist whitening stuff. You put it in for 5 minutes twice a day, and within 2 weeks your teeth are amazing.
seriously, I got all my friends who have sensitive teeth to try this stuff, and none of them have had any problems.
I just keep a little brush and a bottle of this with me. With a bottle of water, I don’t need a sink.

I use this stuff a couple times a week and it works pretty well. It's gentle on your teeth and gums and you're never sore after.

If you search r/mua for posts about lighting, you can find some some really good guides.
Right now I am using this lightbulb and light fixture. You can use any lightbulb really, as long as it is Daylight and a 100W equivalent. I prefer LEDs because they last forever, don't use a lot of electricity and don't take any time to warm up to full brightness like CFLs.
It is almost blindingly bright (like the sun- I do not look directly into it) but it is true to color and I can see every detail of my makeup. I know if I can make my makeup look good in lighting this harsh I'll look great in almost any other kind of lighting.
You can absolutely buy it, but it's best to first consult your dentist before trying a whitening system.
I linked to a 35% solution, which is a pretty high percentage. If you choose to order online, stick with a similar concentration dispensed by your DDS. Here's the same brand at 20%.

Are you saying this product is bad for my teeth in the long term?
Ok so can I say this?
Guaranteed -coconut oil and Argan oil.
Argan oil in products is super diluted and marked up.
Get 100% pure argan oil from amazon for $12.95. Put some in your hand rub it in your hair. Before or after washing.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B011LUCACS/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_qF5LwbCG4X803
Coconut oil is super cheap and readily accessible. Hair loves coconut oil.
Generously apply, after the argan oil or alone, leave in 30min to overnight and wash.
Enjoy hair that is commercial worthy.
Be left over with enough product to last all year with the initial investment.
Google this advice and forever have the answer to shiny, healthy, bouncy, run your fingers through this silk hair.
Enjoy!!!
Twin Lotus Active Charcoal Toothpaste Herbaliste Triple Action 100 G X 1 Tube https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00XNMDQ2G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_ldwozbK8N60GT
This toothpaste tastes like butt. However, in the first 3 months its filled all the gumline cavities from 20 ywars of soda, it filled every single crevice that was left from previous fillings, and whitens. One tube lasts me 6 months. I cut my dentists visits from every 6 months to 2 years and the dentists says my teeth are better than they were before.
What about activated charcoal toothpaste?

Other than that, this tank has an air stone dropped into the back for flow. That's it.
Dr. George's Dental White Gel https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003GU46VK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_uJ9YBb07H5BCP
I’ve been using this stuff for years. It’s definitely a little harsh, but effective. If I use it too much, my teeth get a little sensitive. BUT it’s cheap and really works. I always get compliments on my white smile. Sensitivity goes away after about a week if you overdo it.
What % are you using? Maybe try this? (20%) https://www.amazon.com/Opalescence-Teeth-Whitening-flavor-syringes/dp/B00147V0PM
Do you think something this would suffice as the tray? Much cheaper...
