Buy a pair of Hella 7" Headlamps (ECE), and this.
The lamp housings are european code (ECE or E-code). Technically not DOT legal in the US-- but is your inspection station going to inspect your headlamp housings?) These have a sharp cutoff so they won't blind other drivers. I've been running them for years and I love them. The pattern is far superior to DOT lamps-- it tends to really throw the light forward from the bulbs.
The wire loom from ARB is made of a much thicker gauge wire than the wires that are currently driving your headlights. The same bulbs will run brighter with this wire loom upgrade, but I found that if you add new housings (with nice clean clear glass and a good light projection pattern), and a pair of high-quality H4 bulbs, your headlights will work with the power of a thousand suns.
For bulbs, I'm currently running Sylvania SilverStars, but in the past I found out about IPF Fatboy II 80W/60W bulbs. The low-beam is actually higher than the high-beam wattage. Not sure why or how that makes sense, but these are a seriously great upgrade. Be warned, they run very hot and are susceptible to vibration damage (moreso than other standard 55w bulbs). Don't expect these bulbs to last more than a year or two. They're intense, though.
Hope that helps, because that's what I did to my Jeep. I also added a pair of Hella driving-pattern auxiliary lights on my stinger and a pair of 4" Delta fog lights on my front bumper.
I literally just put this one on the jeep as there's only like 1 other place you put it without having to make a custom bracket.
The bracket actually works pretty well for the placement of the antenna. I really didn't want to drill into the cab, which you don't necessarily have to, but it does provide for much more stability. Just align the bracket up a few times and use a sharpie to mark the hole and you should be fine.
Keep in mind that you should have an antenna at least 1/3 of its length past the jeep roof to get a good reception. With this bracket a 4' tall antenna works great.
Get the spring as I have known multiple people that have ripped their antenna off, offroading.
Also the bracket does not have a stud to connect the antenna cable so you will need that as well.
This is everything I purchased that works great:

Hey guys, this is my new 2013 jeep wrangler sport. Not sure what I am going to name him just yet. I got an awesome deal on it. It already came with so much stuff on it. This is my first jeep wrangler so not sure if the name for some of the parts will be correct.

Here is a list of mods I want to put on in the near future:

-Better headlights
-headlights and taillight guards
-winch cover (the one it came with is super faded)
-black grille inserts
-black hood clasps
All this is running me under 800 dollars
If anyone has any better recommendations for any of the parts listed that would be a huge help! Thanks everyone.
The only thing I can help with is floor mats. Get WeatherTech floor mats. They fit the best and hold a ton of water/mud/whatever. Use some 303 Protectant on them and they will look brand new for a very long time.
303 protectant is also excellent for your dash and any interior plastic. It's like sunscreen for your interior and won't dry out your dash like armor all or other petroleum based protectants. Also doesn't leave a super glossy finish like armor all, that just attracts dust right after you put it on.
It's not a long trail 3.4 miles but it is a lot of fun as you drive on the rocks and there is one optional part you can play around on that goes almost straight down that the Jeep tours scare people on. Easily the best 4x4 trail in AZ and a top 10 in the USA. https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/arizona/broken-arrow-4x4-trail
Now that you have a 4x4 in AZ go get this book and it has broken arrow in it. https://smile.amazon.com/Guide-Arizona-Backroads-4-Wheel-Drive-Trails/dp/1934838195/ref=tmm_other_meta_binding_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1523235879&sr=8-5
If you have a GPS the traxs are nice to have to but not required.
I have these on my TJ. I just recommend replacing the giant hand-turned bolts with some hex head bolts, as they are easier to get really tight (the size you will need is M8-1.25, but I can't remember how long it needs to be). The ones that come with it are hard to tighten and may result in your mirrors folding back in at highway speeds. Aside from that, they are pretty sturdy. Took them out on the trail and even with all the shit that hit them, they didn't even bend.
Nice work!
Looks like that mount could support a pretty hefty tarheel/screwdriver type antenna. Any reason you chose to to make a hinge mount over using a bracket that bolts to the spare tire carrier? Like this
Mine is the Barricade roof rack from extremeterrain.com and it has a basket on it from Amazon. The roof rack is very good. I go to Moab like 20 times a year and this thing has been so awesome. It looks cool (I have had people stop me on the street to ask where I got it) and it's super tough and adds a ton of storage to the TJ. I installed mine alone in about 3 hours. It's a good purchase.
Some pics of the rack in use:

Definitely get one. I think mine was like $60 on Amazon and it works great. My dad uses his more than I do, paid less for it, and it seems to be faster than mine. Link below is what he has. Don't be fooled by the duty cycle, I've seen him inflate all 4 of his 33" tires from 12 to 30 psi without stopping, then pass his compressor to someone else to do the same. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005ASY23I/
Actually kinda looks like a bicycle tire mount. Pretty smart dual purpose mount.
Edit: yep

This is a great book I recommend that I’m using and gives you over 100 trails and gives you all the info on them and location and rates them from easy, med, and hard.
Guide to Arizona Backroads
Yea it's a handheld. Midland 75. Opted for his one because I didn't have to run power. Also I can take the unit off the cable in the jeep and plop on a battery pack and stubby antenna (all included) and use it outside the jeep if needed. But the install was straight forward for me. Put mounting hardware together, place between spare carrier and gate, run coax through gate along the rollcage under the glove box. Hook up the radio and plug into cigarette lighter. Pretty simple. Just takes time. Fishing the wire through the gate took the longest, but wasn't difficult. Followed this guide, but using different radio, so no need for power splice.

Optional, but suggested to get a quick disconnect.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000UTQUAK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (still waiting on this to arrive, but antenna works without it.
Also be aware that you should get the antenna tuned. You can buy the meter and do yourself or find someone with it. Locally cost me $20 and about 10min of my day.
Hope this helps you with your install.
I have the same Apex roof rack/basket. Its pretty awesome and covers most of the roof.
I’m using a Rugged Ridge antenna mount and a 2ft Firestik antenna on a medium spring. I would prefer 3ft, but I had the 2ft from my last vehicle and wanted to reuse. Like the setup on that.
I have a medium-ish sized CB radio, which is just too big to go anywhere in the cab. I would recommend going with the Cobra 75 radio that a lot of Jeepers use. Not easily stolen, doesn’t take up room.
XRC (Smittybilt) flat fenders. Extremely easy install and they're well made metal fenders.

look into the BlueSea PDC - like this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001P6FTHC/ref=wms_ohs_product?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have it in my JK under the hood, with a 100 amp circuit breaker between it and the battery. I ran battery cables and put ends on them. I wouldn't suggest Jumper cables as they aren't designed for continuous usage. I would recommend 2 gauge cables. Google Blue Sea and Jeep and there are lots of pics and descriptions of options.
Cibie lamps and some quality LEDs. It was the first thing I upgraded on my LJ. The jw speaker and truck lite LEDs are single units, which I didn’t like.
This route, your lamp stays consistent, and you can swap out the bulb when needed easily.
If you want a stock look, the Cibie headlights another user posted are the bee's knees. These remain among my favorite headlights, and I've driven a pretty wide variety of cars. Most people recommend Hella brand headlights because they're more widely available. Having used both, Hellas are absolute trash in comparison. Hellas beam pattern sucks, period.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008DQV88Q
Those reflectors, a drop in headlight relay harness, and some high wattage bulbs will turn night into day.
They are most likely these...I was originally going to do this DIY method, instead I got these, and the gutter guard from Home Depot. Cut the gutter guard to fit the back of the inserts, painted it flat black, and epoxied the mesh to the inserts(top and bottom), shown here. Extremely happy with how it looks!
Products to consider:
HID
LED
H4 Halogen Conversion
That's actually one of the lights I was looking to get. As for the bracket, I don't see anything wrong with it.
I highly recommend one of these too.
Mine is better:

there are other options My dog didn't mind her's first try, they make some with gel padding in the front for comfort, I'm at work so i can't get the info on mine.
We have a trunk that's filled with emergency supplies/food/our hammocks/maps. We keep it chained & locked to the jeep. We can also sleep in the back when we go camping, which is awesome. We also plan to have kids so the JKU just made more sense.

I have these, I like them pretty well. Adjustment can be a pain by yourself, but other than that...
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001SAA08I/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
That is the one I bought. Its not super sturdy but it gets the job done. Has great little out croppings below the side clasps, and I just use straps on either side to tie down to the tie points in the back, so I can still open when its tied down. If someone were determined they could take it, but the trunk is heavy and it would take some effort/time to get it out. I mostly keep water, food and emergency gear in it, so if someone stole it, it would suck, but would not be a huge loss.
No explanation necessary, I totally get it! When I first started driving on the beach, as a teenager, getting stuck was the biggest fear one could have. And we always dabbled with getting stuck, because no one ever told us to air down your tires or any other little tidbits required for driving on sand. Obviously being in 4x4 HI will always make for an easier drive. However, 4x4 LOW could really start digging unnecessarily with all that torque. All those great features us Jeep owners love are for off-road trails, most of them will not be required for driving on sand.
All that being said, the absolute key for driving on sand is low tire pressure, allowing you to "float" on the sand. If your local outer beaches don't have air stations, you'll have to invest in a air pump or drive with the hazards to the closest gas station. I use a Viair 00088 88P Portable Air Compressor and love it - takes about 2 minutes a tire on my stock KL Trailhawk Destination A/Ts.

TLDR: Air down to 15psi for beach driving.

Rugged Ridge Grille Insert
Don't rely on training, a guy in my jeep clubs dog was riding without a proper harness for YEARS, and just recently decided to hop out on the highway... over $4,000 in vet bills. I use THIS harness and it's tied off to my soundbar so he can move around a bit in the back but can't jump out.
Is This the one I need?
I personally don't like hard-tops so I've never had to maintain them myself, but I hear this stuff works absolute miracles on rubber & fiberglass.
303 Aerospace Protectant
That's why a lot of people just keep a bike rack like this one on at all times since it locks on with a key:
https://www.amazon.com/Yakima-8002598-Sparetime-Bike-Rack/dp/B0038QAKN0
I'm sure it's not perfect but that kind of deterrent might make someone look at it and walk away, not wanting to go through the trouble.
I used a Blue Seas ST Fuse block
