Hi. This is not what you are requesting, as it is non-fiction, but The Expanse books sparked my curiosity into it. Reading the other replies, you have read a lot of great work in science fiction, too. Astronaut Scott Kelly tells all in his book Endurance about his year in space. He’s the closest thing to a belter we have. Lol. It’s pretty cool, frightening, and a remarkable true story. It’s not for everyone, off the genre topic, but thought I’d recommend it.
There are lots of brands of inkjet tattoo paper out there, and after much experimentation, this one has become the one I always use. (Others really, really suck.)
Setting them up and cutting them out can be a bit of a pain, but they look amazing and I had one last nicely for almost a week.
Tips:
Oh, and the patches. You can get Tycho patches in different sizes from Nerdgasm Embroidery on Etsy. The detail on her sleeve is from the Nauvoo. I was only able to find one, on eBay.

Alternatively, you can accomplish the same look with transfer paper. It might even look more authentic. I got epson iron on cool peel transfer paper.
You can go a similar route for her belter tattoo with temporary tattoo transfer paper: Silhouette MEDIA-TATTOO... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0043WJ3OA?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf
Or you could free hand it with makeup/a sharpie. :)
Good luck!!
> and designate Pluto a minor planetoid.
I've heard stories about him being not so nice too, but I'm pretty sure you can't hang that solely on him. It was voted on at an IAU conference and while NDT may have been a public face, he certainly wasn't at fault. The one person who (humorously) takes credit is Mike Brown who actually discovered the first Kuiper belt object larger than Pluto which sort of forced the vote. He has a really interesting short book about the whole thing if you want to read it.
> He's a famous scientist, not a saint.
Yea, he's a science communicator or a science popularize.
Here it is at Amazon in UHD: https://www.amazon.com/gp/video/detail/B01MT0UHLT/ref=atv_wtlp_wtl_0
The dropdown lets you get to season 2.
Season 3 isn't available yet in UHD, as far as I know.
I find it easiest to add stuff to the Amazon watchlist from the website. That way, you can just go to your watchlist once you're in your smart TV/Blu-ray player/streaming device's Amazon app.
Season 3 is available for streaming on Amazon. We should purchase and leave reviews begging for a 4th season pickup. If you don’t want to spend money to purchase, you can mark other positive reviews as helpful and leave your own reply to the review so that it receives more traffic. https://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B07BNPJQ9L/ref=acr_dpinstantvideo_text?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1
Vultures- the final Miriam Black book by Chuck Wendig. My Expanse tie-in is that I discovered his books thanks to a Twitter post by Daniel Abraham. :)

well until official merch comes out, you can slap a mcrn sticker on one of these. :)

Not sure if this is real or not but I'm excited to get it in paperback. Book is fantastic so far.
> concept art book
That will be released in November:
-
"The Art and Making of The Expanse goes behind the scenes of the first three seasons of the show, exploring how the bestselling books were turned into one of the most highly regarded science fiction TV series of the 21st century. Packed with stunning concept art and compelling photography, the cast, crew and creators reveal the ideas, processes, inspirations and obstacles behind the making of this massively popular series."

The short stories are all amazing, and a couple bucks each on Amazon. The Churn tell Amos's backstory. Wes Chatham read that book with a therapist to talk about what that sort of childhood would do to an adult to prepare to play Amos. The Butcher of Anderson Station reads like the attack on Thoth station, but way harsher. Much more details than the show portrayed. The Vital Abyss shows what happened to the surviving scientists from Thoth.
Looks like the Butcher is on Amazon, there are Kindle apps for most smartphones and for Windows. Most of them are short enough that reading it on a computer/phone should be okay.
You can read drive here.
Paperback, mass market paperback, and trade paperback (tall one).
Just a friendly reminder, Orbit is re-releasing the first 3 in hardcover later this year.

Weird... This is the one that comes up through search for me: https://www.audible.com/pd/Sci-Fi-Fantasy/Leviathan-Wakes-Audiobook/B00P9XDQFY
Has every indication of being available in the US (shown on Audible.com, price in USD, separate section for .com and .co.uk reviews, buy button for my credit or with money)... but then it just doesn't work.
If I try to buy via Amazon (link) I get an error saying "I already tried to order this title" (no shit), and that I should wait ten minutes for the book to appear, or try again later. Has been happening since Saturday...
EDIT: re your edit: yeah, that's the amazon link I mentioned. So that's the one that tells me I already tried to buy it..
In S01E01, at about 22:25, Holden drinks from this cup: https://www.amazon.com/Light-Fire-Collapsible-Pack-Up-Cup/dp/B00DJ211G8
I have one :)
Have you read The Commonwealth Saga. Pandora's Star is the first in the 2 part series that takes place in the "near" future after a technological revolution. Its a Space Opera in it's own right even the more common means of travel is through wormholes (kind of like Stargate). The first few hundred pages dragged on but after reaching the middle of the book i'm not able to put it down.

Can you buy this internationally? And if so, will you get access to the episodes of the season that have already aired, and access to new episodes as they are released? And does watching the new episodes soon after release count for ratings?
I'd love to get access to the season ASAP, but I haven't seen any clear info on how to do that if you're in Europe.
I got all the books from Amazon directly, actually.
Edit: https://www.amazon.com/Babylons-Ashes-Expanse-James-Corey/dp/0316217646
Edit 2: Actually, this one came from another Amazon Seller. I just noticed the release date isn't until October this year?
Edit 3: Here's the listing I got the paperback version from: https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/0356504271
Here, go to
Amazon and buy yourself a proper copy. The title isn't fixed, but the
size will at least match.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0316217646/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
There are seven currently available with the eighth coming out on December 4th. Here’s a link to all the main novels on Kindle, if you want an actual physical copy just click on one and switch the format: https://www.amazon.com/gp/kindle/series/B07BYNTMW7?ref=series_aw_dp_link
That doesn't help much if you use ebooks. Fortunately amazon does list book series order on product pages: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BYNTMW7?ref=series_rw_dp_labf
I knew about the book from this previous post (April 24th):
https://www.reddit.com/r/TheExpanse/comments/bgsuor/the_art_and_making_of_the_expanse_book/
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1789092531/
Or you can get Leviathan Wakes (the book) for about $7.
And since season 1 doesn't cover all of Leviathan Wakes, you'll read some of the story that will be in season 2

What the heck what is this then? I just ordered book 7 but it was a pre-order for a release of October 9 but I just Googled and apparelently it already came out a while ago?
https://www.amazon.com/Persepolis-Rising-Expanse-James-Corey/dp/0316332852/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1538447931&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=Persepolis+rising&dpPl=1&dpID=51X5Mm9BE8L&ref=plSrch
These?
Close enough: Amazon Link
It might be, but there is no digitally legal place and the Amazon UK page says the dvd isn't available until next year
Yeah, something has gone wrong with this book on Audible. I logged into Amazon, checked my audiobook library, found Leviathan Wakes, drilled down into its properties, and pulled out the link to the product page. That link is invalid. For a damn audiobook that I own. Hope I never have to download it again.
https://www.audible.com/pd?asin=B00558PPVQ&ref=kinw_myk_ro_title_ab_adbl
The error:
Shucks. This product isn't available.
We know this is frustrating and we're really sorry it happened.
I'd say the book was removed. Same with my audiobook copy of Caliban's war. Link for Abaddon's Gate still works, though.
It's almost like someone is deliberately trying to tank the marketing and promotion for the series.
Edit: Dug this up, however.
https://www.amazon.com/Leviathan-Wakes/dp/B073HBQXMT/
Seems to be the audiobook but it has different cover art than the version I bought (was back in Feb 2016, iirc). Try buying that one.

Old news at this point. BUT A WHOLE FUCKING YEAR?! And only a physical option? God damn I can't wait for the boomer generation to be gone, ugh everyone with power over media is so archaic. Just be gone already and make room for people who actually understand the internet and digital media.
