You're welcome.
If you're interested in self-defense, your first step is to pick up The Gift of Fear. Seriously. It might save your life.
Boxing-wise, JT has a ton of excellent, high quality instruction on his channel.
Marcello Garcia, one of the best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructors in the world, teaches out of NYC.
For a more comprehensive approach to self-defense, I'd suggest looking into Japanese jiu jitsu.

Here is everything you need to know about Yohimbine HCL
You can get it in pills, but it tends to be a rip off when you look at actual Yohimbine content vs filler. I prefer to buy it in bulk powder (careful, very potent), and weight it with an accurate mg scale. That 3g bottle gets you about 150 servings for $7.
Dosing is all in my first link (0.2 mg / kg body weight), but as a ~200lb male I take about 20mg Yohimbine with 200mg caffeine, 30 min before fasted morning cardio. Something low impact like incline treadmill walking, otherwise your heart could explode.
Definitely legal, but has its limits due the inconvenience of needing fasted cardio along side it to work. EC is probably more effective, but ephedrine is a little harder to get these days ;)
I really like Optimum Nutrition, particularly because it's pretty easy to mix in my Blender Bottle. Depending on the flavor, it tastes pretty good too.
Believe his is a custom lifting belt but apart from the custom stitching it’s always looked like a standard leather lifting belt
Harbinger 361071 Padded Leather Contoured Weightlifting Belt with Suede Lining and Steel Roller Buckle, 4-Inch, Medium https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001OJ36GG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_87FADbH9A9VGQ
Here’s something similar and a good start
Edit: reading the reviews this doesn’t look like s good path but a leather lifting belt in general is what seems to be the go to for Ronnie and most
This. I did it in college but now that I have a big boy job I can just buy some. Here's one I recommend: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000KE6CJY/ref=twister_B01COE2WUK
H&M also has cheap tank tops.
Here are a couple of guides if you do want to do it. Make sure to use a shirt that you don't care about:
For that I have a possible solution. I bought these and they are perfect for that issue. Comfortable as it gets for us monster-thigh folk.
All of my undergraduate sports medicine textbooks. If you pick up anything, get an anatomy and physiology textbook, and learn the entire muscular system.
Also, I like to read some stuff for fun and motivation. I just finished West Coast Bodybuilding Scene: The Golden Era, and am halfway through Brother Iron, Sister Steel.
I use headphones due to a ruptured eardrum from way back when, in ear stuff makes the "healed" ear drum itch.
If I did use wireless ear buds I'm sure I'd still figure out a way to get the wire between L and R to snag on something though
I like these a lot because they're cheap and if I need to replace them I can.
I've had them since April of last year and they're still working fine, figured I would have to had replaced them by now. Take them to the gym 6 times a week.
Downsides
I read it in Secret Life of Fat, but it looks like there's some legitimate science to back up the claim that heat applied to plastic can secrete chemicals that impact SHBG (and I figure you have to assume that gets into food if it's in the container).
I found a few links on the topic, not a ton though, and literally none are definitive and none mention meal prep (minus the book I mentioned above, which did outright say it). But I've included some below.
http://www.amazon.com/Rehband-7mm-Knee-Sleeve-Original/dp/B0088KPT64
These are amazing for knee support
Anyone use a powerball? I've been using it on off since my wrestling days and honestly I don't know if it really does anything lol.
I got [this one] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001P0S3XU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_YmyuybH1WDZSH) on Amazon for ~$26 and it works great
Glad I could help, this is the scale I got.
Nope! This is the one I have at home and it works great.
Did you know Amazon will donate a portion of every purchase if you shop by going to smile.amazon.com instead? Over $50,000,000 has been raised for charity - all you need to do is change the URL!

I like "Total Recall", which is Arnold's autobiography. "Brother Iron, Sister Steel" by Dave Draper is interesting. His writing style has some fluff, but there are some good nuggets. I don't remember the title, but the photographer Dick Tyler wrote a book about the west coast golden age of bodybuilding. I had it a while back but honestly can't remember if it was good or bad.
EDIT: Here it is: https://www.amazon.com/West-Coast-Bodybuilding-Scene-Tyler-ebook/dp/B006RBEFR0/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=dick+tyler&qid=1569103547&sr=8-1
Ruined my first pair of Jaybirds from sweating too much on them. I don't even recall what model it was but it was one of their first "water proof" ones
This is what I use now.
https://www.amazon.com/MEE-audio-Bluetooth-Headphones-Microphone/dp/B008OUL1OC
First pair lasted probably 1.5 years before the band broke, and I bear the shit out of them
Only con to them is you have to make sure to air them out after using them. They do sell replacement ear pieces
I actually have this exact one: http://www.amazon.com/Philips-Norelco-BG2028-42-Bodygroom/dp/B007VB50JC
Have had it for years and it's perfect. You can trim your beard with it, body hair, and even your nut sack.

Bidet user reporting in, clean and sparkling booty all year round.
I bought mine 3 years ago for $50, now they're half the price from the same company. Very reliable, just don't ever EVER go full pressure directly in to the tender pink donut.

*edit - In regards to powdered DMAA.
If you don't have a good scale that can go to .001 grams, get one. [This is one I use for DMAA.] (https://www.amazon.com/American-Weigh-GEMINI-20-Portable-MilliGram/dp/B0012TDNAM) It's not the best, but it works well enough.
I apologize if that's a mobile link, I'm currently on my phone.
they make a caffeine free N.O. xplode but never tried it. Its got a few stars: http://www.amazon.com/BSN-N-O-XPLODE-2-0-Caffeine-Free/dp/B004C63PMS
That's weird, the chains on the ones at my gym don't even tough your clothes, shouldn't hit your leg either if you have it high enough. They look just like these, what would the alternative to a chain be?
http://www.amazon.com/Harbinger-4-Inch-Padded-Leather-Lifting/dp/B001OJ36GG/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1407532355&sr=8-6&keywords=harbinger+belt
Mine just came today. Its a solid, cheap belt, that does what it needs to do.
I'm not sure why your scale would need a timer either. I got a decent digital scale that can measure in grams, ounces, and pounds from Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/EatSmart-Precision-Digital-Kitchen-Silver/dp/B001N07KUE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1372062890&sr=8-1&keywords=food+scale

You are in danger. Get out ASAP.
"The Gift of Fear"
exactly, that's what I'm saying. The product he listed is an isolate/concentrate blend.
The product I'm referring to, that Costco sells exclusively, is pure isolate
BB Pullovers
These are pretty good at hitting your lats.
You could also buy one of those pullup bars and just hang it in a doorway, alternatively. You can also do pullups on a smith machine with the bar locked at the highest point.
As for the creatine, it's up for you. It's not like it would hurt or anything. But then again, it's not necessary, either.
In regards to the routine - I don't know if you would need to do forearm work or calves everyday. Some people don't even work their forearms directly until after they have been working out for awhile, since they receive work during deadlifts (and pullups, though, as you mentioned you are unable to do). It also says to do either bench press or dips....Though dips can work your chest if you lean forward, I would definitely opt for bench.
By the way, what the hell kind of gym does not have a pull up bar???
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000OC5RXE
these instead. Only thing is they only go up to 90 :( may be able to find heavier ones tho.
General rule when shopping at Big 5:
