Both are amazing headsets.

There is zero wiring required and they are very simple to install. There are 2 boxes which are plugged into electical outlets and each contain an ethernet cable. The k65 is smaller and doesn't have a num pad which i don't mind because I dont use it, and it comes with a wrist rest. the k70 just has a num pad, thats the only difference

I suggest that you buy the razer ladybug 2007 edition, but I will warn you that it's only for the elite, with its 6700dpi and all. If you do decide this as a valid option, here you are.
