I said I was glad my little frog personification made him/her smile, then posted a link to the frog so they could get their own and smile every time they do the dishes. But it was an affiliate link so I’d earn a couple cents for my effort, I guess they didn’t like that. Here’s the frog: https://www.amazon.com/Scrubby-Non-scratch-Scrubber-Boston-Warehouse/dp/B000I1UR7M

Phrasing!

Edit: Okay, I think I was just happy to see my first Archer reference of the day. I'll try again.

Do they make Quietus for elk?

That book is a killer. I own a copy, but I really don't want to reread it.

Another good book about family that is really emotional is Untouchable by Scott O'Connor. I am surprised it isn't more well-known.

Mine was like that for a long time, but I guess the new pill pocket thingies we got are too good to resist. She usually just gloms it down in one piece, anyway. Only complaint is that these are super hard, unlike some of the others, and it can be difficult to get the pill in one piece.

You don't need to use studs anymore. 4 of these guys and you can hang 75 lbs off of drywall. I've hung two 3 screens recently this way, works great. The two most recent were 55" samsungs and they only weight about 35 lbs a piece.

I have this little rearview mirror that clips onto my glasses when I bike. It's pretty dorky looking and people have told me that 'real bikers' don't use them.

But, once you get used to it, it's like having eyes in the back of your head. I feel naked without it.

That's why I everyday carry this knife. There's definitely better ones out there with similar features, but I got this one for 5 bucks and can't complain.

Carry a pocket knife. It doesn't have to be a huge elaborated one, I have one of those on my keys, comes in handy every other day. As long as the blade is sharp, it is absolutely enough to quickly cut through a retractable leash. Which can be necessary in other situations as well, a leash can get caught up in a number of things (sorry, not trying to scare you, just saying).

I am. The goal is to get the screws through the door frame itself and into the studs beyond the frame. Another user mentioned that if someone wants to get in they will but most intruders will try a few hits and then move along as they do not want to draw any attention to the break in. There are other products you can buy to further reinforce the door. A few examples below.

Reinforced strike plate

Something similar to the original post but less convenient

Typical egg is around 50 grams, so 2850 grams or 6.3 lbs.

edit: Glanced at this comment earlier, but since it's a large skillet, let's say it's a 20" cast iron skillet then it would weigh around 23.6 lbs according to amazon's price listing.

This makes the total weight around 30 lbs or 13.6 kg.

I recognized this as I was into the early days of freestyle skiing when it was still known as "Hot Dogging". The skis were longer and unshaped, mogul technique hadn't been perfected and the idea was just to be able to make it down the moguls as fast as possible.

This book by Bob "Boogie" Mann was the definitive intro to the sport for many people.

Are you talking about the lowside/highside video? If so, my instinct is a lower entry speed would have allowed the riders to account for the DR curve while steadily increasing throttle input, Twist of the Wrist style.

Ceramic you say? Get some barkeeper's friend and clean that nasty bowl.
