Ahh, I see what happened.

The name change happened in the Summer of 2012. One of her first appearances as Captain Marvel was in Avenging Spider-man. That was also when she got her own title, which was Captain Marvel. It ran for 17 issues before being put on Hiatus. The first story arc involved her going back in time. The second saw her punching dinosaurs in the face and hanging out with her friends and then it took a dark turn before the series ended. When they relaunched Captain Marvel (and reset the numbering) a half year or so later, she joined the Guardians. This is the current ongoing series, and everyone should check them out!

Usually a Macbook Pro, with a blacked-out lid. Probably a case like this http://www.amazon.com/Speck-Products-SeeThru-MacBook-SPK-A1491/dp/B00937H0EK
On the bus, they usually use Surface Tablets (in the briefing room, lab, carried around, etc)

I've found Arrow is much more sponsored by Lenovo and Microsoft, if you watch that
show there are Lenovo desktops EVERYWHERE. There are also many Surface Pro tablets around Queen Consolidated, and Felicity also has one she uses regularly.

In conclusion, it doesn't seem like AOS has any particular sponsors for their computer tech, whereas Arrow clearly is sponsored by Lenovo/Microsoft. Just my 2¢.

Sure, I bought this one.

Go here first and enter your Zip code. It'll show you the strength of all broadcast signals in your area. If all the channels you want are "Strong" or "Moderate" that one will work for you. If you want to pick up weaker signals then you might need something bigger(like an outdoor antenna).

What placement in the 1001? The book that we're basing this off of is entirely chronological. https://www.amazon.com/1001-Shows-Must-Watch-Before/dp/0789329387

Funny you mention that: my first contact with Aida was a picture book version I read in 4th grade. It did strip a lot of the details, for instance the princess's role was simplified along the lines of "the princess was jealous and sold the two out", but it kept all the main themes and was still suitably "dark" enough that I was really struck by it.

EDIT: Hey, I found it! That's a blast from the past.
