r/buildapc and r/buildapcforme will help you out a ton. There are tons of redditors whose hobby is to help people in exactly your situation. If you're willing to put in the time to read a bit and maybe watch a youtube tutorial, you can end up with a machine that you can run virtually any game on for years.
If you need a laptop for other reasons (or just prefer the ability to game outside of your room), that's another story. If you're sure you want a laptop, you can get one with very good specs for ~$1000. This one, this one, and this one are all good options: they offer a current-gen CPU, a GTX 1060, 16GB RAM, and numerous other desirable features.

That is the exact pan I used, it's a little smaller than what the recipe called for but it worked just fine. They were good! I plan on adding more salt next time and maybe some cinnamon or vanilla but as you wrote, it was a good base line!
I highly recommend the [two](The Infernal City: An Elder Scrolls Novel https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002UZ5J22/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_EVBRAbZH8B0V7) [books](Lord of Souls: An Elder Scrolls Novel https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004KPM130/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_kWBRAbS7RRS3M) to which he is referring. They take place right in between TES IV and IV and range all over Tamriel and Oblivion. It's about all I could have hoped for from a TES novel.
Also, you find out a possible origin for the Sleeping Tree in Skyrim.
They look really awesome mate. Looks like they're just big enough to fit my Morrowind 1 pint mug on :D

Thanks for the tip! I was hoping to have it flip back like a zen/yoga style and am not sure the ASUS rig does that? Many times, on plane flights there just isn't as much room on the tray tables and stuff
$21 on Amazon US. Don't know how shipping works to outside the US, I know I can order from Amazon UK and have it shipped here though.
Also, 21GBP on Amazon UK. Maybe compare shipping and see which is a better deal?
the second book is out by the way, A wise man's fear it's just as good as the first book, can't wait for day 3!
It's not impossible. They did release a 5th Anniversary of Oblivion on 2011 (which was the vanilla with all DLCs included and unchanged, and on the same consoles).
Skyrim's 5th anniversary is this year, and if they decided to re-release it, it would be dumb to do it on older gen consoles. Bethesda's E3 showcase is less than a month away, so we'll see.
It is worth noticing that the Dovahkiin appears on the official promo image of the show. But many other intellectual properties appear as well, so it is just speculating. However, in last year image the Dovahkiin was not present (nor anything Skyrim-related), so it is interesting to point that out too.
We'll see.

At $1100 USD, and $100 off sometimes, it's the best laptop with a GTX 1060

Patrick Rothfuss' "The Name of the Wind"
Love that book.
I'm reading this book for the second time right now. It's amazing. Don't think. Just buy it right now! The Name of the Wind - Patrick Rothfuss
Here's a link to a game code for Amazon for what I believe is a vanilla Skyrim, the cost is $20

If your going to spend that much on a laptop go for something like this
https://www.amazon.com/Zephyrus-Full-HD-Ultra-portable-Gaming-Laptop/dp/B071XDXLPG
It's 1080 card is more than enough to handle Skyrim SE. It may be a bit heavy compared the other laptop mentioned but it's by far a better rig
Yes you can..
PC
xbox 360
xbox1/PS4
xbox 1 is the sole exception since prices seemingly raised upon release of SSE - still not even $60

Go to amazon, I just bought Dawnguard and Dragonborn for $5 each yesterday, with steam activation.
Just checked, still $5.
I'm looking at Amazon UK in fact its gone up now to £13 https://www.amazon.co.uk/Elder-Scrolls-Skyrim-Legendary-DVD/dp/B00CJ8X24C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1539784809&sr=8-1&keywords=skyrim+legendary+edition+pc

It's through a third party vendor (Games Oasis). It says "sold in the US on 11/11/11", but no guarantee of the delivery date. I need the PC version,though...
I'm not sure where you are seeing it available on Amazon. When that claim was made (and linked to) last night, it was unavailable then and still is unavailable.
I do see a net $20 sale for the UK version here: https://www.amazon.com/Elder-Scrolls-Skyrim-Legendary-DVD-Game/dp/B00CJ8X24C/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1466811245&sr=8-2&keywords=skyrim+legendary+edition

So many people.
You're correct, OP said this is his video card.
Is this PC only? He's looking for 360.

Here it is for 360. So ya, it exists. Again... HORSE ARMOR!!!
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0000DIX7S/ref=ppx_yo_mob_b_old_o0_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This is the one that I bought. It was $18.99. It appears to have gone up in price.
https://www.amazon.com/Hobbit-Lord-Rings-Fellowship-Towers/dp/0345538374
There's also the part where his PC is worth 3x my car.
EDIT: WOAH. Didn't realize how much hate my comments would get. I wasn't trying to start a PC/Console flame war. I know the OP. His PC is worth substantially more than the average gaming PC. Definately upwards of $2000. I am aware that such an expensive configuration is not necessary. However if like the OP, you enjoy high frame rates (100+) and gratuitous eye candy, all at resolutions much higher than 1080p, you need to fork out a bit extra.
Link to OP's GPU, as a point of interest...
Hmmm. That's weird that they took the original off the Steam store.
Amazon is still selling the game so you can purchase it there. For a low end PC I heavily suggest OG Skyrim because there are more mods available (including more performance mods).
ETA: this does not include any of the DLC from the looks of it so you would be missing that.
