I can't recommend this enough. Specifically this is what I got but any of there power banks are boss, I got this one though because it charges using a USB c port instead of Micro USB.

I bought the Anker Powercore Powerbank, 13.000 mAh, with USB C-input and 2 USB-ports out.
I have tested it, and it charges the Quest while playing. It fits in your pocket.

Bought one a couple of weeks back. Superb build quality. Comes with a carry pouch and some cables. Highly recommended, charged my phone and tablet up fully and still had about 50% left.
Yep, I personally own this one, does just fine for the Switch. You could always get something with a higher capacity, but this also fits in my Switch's travel case.
Have you considered two battery packs around 10000 mah each? I'm using an older Anker Astro E3 10000 and an Anker 13000C. One can charge my phone/tablet while the other is charging. Both are pocketable on their own, but I tend to keep both in my briefcase/laptop bag unless I need to walk with my phone while it's charging.
