That thing looks terrible. £33 for a '750W' PSU? SHINY GOLD color? Only 35A from the 12V line on a "750W" unit? (also note "Pentium 4" on the label, this is an OLD design - ATX 1.x from 2000-2004ish - not suitable for a modern PC even if it was any good) Red flags everywhere. For reference, a decent 380W PSU costs £42.... get that thing replaced ASAP.
That hard drive is not a good value. Use something like this.
Also, you should have at least 4GB of RAM. It's super cheap these days. Last but not least: the power supplies that come with cases are known for being of very low quality. As cheap as you want the computer to be, don't risk destroying it with a crappy PSU. Use something like this at least.
Antec Earthwatts is a perennial good choice.
You may want to consider these, depending on how much draw your Video Card takes. They're used but as far as it being a quality product, They have more life to it that it's given credit for.

Hard drives don't really draw all that much power, say 10W a piece under load.
So it would really only be an increase of 50W when you think about it. This is a good cheap one if you are shopping, and 380W should be plenty unless you're running something else that consumes a lotta power.
I would be ok using this case and this PSU right? Now that I got approval I'm trying to buy from Amazon so I can get started on it Wednesday.
I'm a huge fan of Antec Earthwatts, 380 W comes in at $48.
A more efficient PSU is a good idea. I'd get the Antec EA-380D for $42.
Good point about no needing a DVD drive. Some linux builds even include very easy to use thumb drive installers.
For a 4TB RAID 5 system he'll probably want 4x1TB drives. The NZXT Gamma has 7x3.5" drive bays which would allow all 4 drives with a space between each.
I'm pretty sure a 750ti pulls the same amount of power (~60+ watts from the PCI-E connection)
Just pick up one of these on sale http://www.amazon.com/Antec-EarthWatts-EA-380D-BRONZE-Supply/dp/B002UOR17Y/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1398655387&sr=8-1&keywords=earthwatts+380
You wont have power issues at least ;)
