it's a nice bike and it looks like it fits you reasonably well - ride it a while before you decide you need to replace anything, you may find that it works okay once you get used to it. The one thing you might want to do is to spend $20 on a stem extender - that will give you a more upright position and change the angle of the brake levers a little and you will probably find it a lot more comfortable. (Note that you can adjust the cables on the brakes so that the relaxed position of the lever is closer to the bar which makes it easier to grab with small hands.
