11 bucks for 60 6 " targets, and they have the little dots to make them stretch. They work well up to 9mm -- once you get to or above .45 the little sticky repair dots are a tad small, although they still kind of work. You can make these yourself with a little work, but at < 20 cents/target I just get these.

The deal posted here would be ok for 8 inch, but the shipping kind of kills it.
Depends on what the backing is. It wouldn't be the easiest scope to see 22 cal holes in, but they make special targets that aren't expensive and that make seeing bullet holes very easy.
