The Samsung has some better features than the Acer such as screen quality, built-in headphones and mic, and manually adjustable lenses (for IPD adjustment). If your IPD isn't within range for the Acer, and you want a bit more features, sure.

Right now I have the Acer as well (Got it new during the holidays for around 140) and I love it. I have a decent headset that I prefer to use so that isn't an issue, and I have been having a blast using it to play Skyrim VR, Payday 2, and other games. I haven't had any issues with IPD, since mine fall within the range, so I didn't need a manual one, and I have not had any issues with screen door effect. I don't even notice it unless I actively try to look for it. On a budget, the Acer headset is just fine. If you do get it and don't have Bluetooth with your pc, you will need to get an adapter. What space? This takes literally no space. BT5 ones aren't out yet but they will be soon.
Yes but BT 4.2 is integrated into the wifi card. So you'd have to wait for a BT5 enabled wifi card
Easy solution. Get a bluetooth chip that either plug right into your mobo or a usb plug.
