I'd probably pass, this isn't even a great price. if you want to roll the dice on an unknown vendor on a known website, here is one for $69 shipped on amazon.
I've got a couple Burris P.E.P.R. mounts that have worked out well.
32mm is the size of the lens on the front (objective lens) 1 inch is the size of the tube (middle bit) any 1 inch scope rings would work, I prefer scope mounts. The difference between mounts and rings is that rings are two separate attachments and a scope mount is a single piece.

I just bought a mount for the same scope off of Amazon. There are dozens there to look through. My suggestion is to search for a cantilever mount and then filter to your preferences. Obviously make sure you pick the correct diameter.
Just for reference, I ended up going with this one. Wanted something more reliable so I was willing to spend the extra money, but there are lots as cheap as $15 or so. One issue I was finding with the cheaper ones in the reviews is that the bolts will easily strip so make sure you do your proper research.
AR accessories:
Weaboo is spot on, however if you want to spend less, the Bushnell AR Optics 1-4 is also great. Put it on a Burris PEPR mount and you're good to go. Have one on my real steel AR and it's excellent for the money but don't carry that sweet sweet Vortex warranty.
