My friends use a Camp Chef Alpine CS14 in his 20' yurt -- which is nice, but doesn't quite keep up on very cold days on the mountain-top. But then his door is quite leaky.
For my next yurt, I was thinking of building a 25' & using either a 4-Dog’s 5-dog or Wilderness 5. This site may be some help.
Though, you did say you're moving in -- so you may not need the portability features that site is going for?
Regardless, you should definitely have a small fan to circulate air -- I have an IR thermometer and saw something like a 30º difference between floor and roof before I added a fan to my camping kit.

Edit
you could also ask over on r/woodstoving :)
