The handles.
Suction cup support bars work great on tile. They are extremely strong. My ~300 lb MIL uses just one for support to get in and out of shower so I know they are for sure good to go.
I would offer to pay for those first before suggesting and offering paying for moving expenses.

I like everyone's suggestions.
Also, for the incontinence - if that happens, get a sitz bath. It goes right over your toilet and lets you soak your nether regions in warm water. You'll feel clean and refreshed afterwards.
Edit to add - for getting in and out of the tub maybe get one of these: http://www.amazon.com/Safe-er-Grip-shower-Handle-17-Inches/dp/B000S8O9ME - a handle will come in handy!
These suction cup shower handles made a huge difference in what we could do in the shower safely.
