Looks solid to me.

Just change that old SSD for a M.2 as u/opckieran mentioned. I'd consider RX5700.

EDIT: Since Ryzen 5 3600 stock cooler is not enough for comfort, I'd toss in there a CoolerMaster aio 240mm for couple quid more. You can same some money on RAM, it doesn't have to be 3600MHz,

Alright, after an hour of searching and compiling, I’ve come up with an AMD-based build with Full RGB aesthetics.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X

This Processor has an insane value for the money. This will handle moderate workstation, browsing, virtualization, and heavy gaming. I feel like you would benefit from a 3600X rather than a 3600 as it has better stock and OC speeds. The 3600X is only $40 more than the 3600 on Amazon.

GPU: MSI Mech OC Radeon RX 5700 XT

The 5700 XT will absolutely shred 1080p gaming and excel at 1440p gaming. You can easily achieve 144+FPS at 1080p resolution & max settings on Fortnite, Rust, Rainbow Six Siege, CS:GO, Dota, COD, and Minecraft (with heavy mods) and 100+FPS on many AAA titles. In addition to that, the 5700 XT can even handle 4K gaming in games such as Forza, eSport titles, GTA, etc.
I went with the Mech OC model as it is the best model that is still in stock. It’ll provide better thermals compared to blower-styled reference cards.

The last thing you want to do in a build is to cheap out on the power supply. The EVGA SuperNOVA series is one of the best PSU series out there. The G3 650W is fully modular, as well as having a 80+ Gold rating. I also believe there is a 10 year warranty of this model. Also, there is currently a $20 rebate on Newegg for this power supply.

Yeah, I’ll probably go to a shop and look for another cooler and if I don’t find anything I’ll just get one from amazon. I was thinking of maybe ordering this one if I dont find anything. It’s a liquid cooler but at this point the difference doesn’t matter to me. It mentions the AM4 socket, so I imagine it’s fine, right?

Also, yes I had already updated the bios of my motherboard so that should be fine as well.

Cooler Master Liquid Cooler

This was the liquid cooler i was thinking of buying but I didn't due to people saying that the CPU cooler that comes with the Ryzen 7. Am I going to have to spend more than 100+ to get better cooling with liquid coolers?

I do HVAC on the outside so knowing refrigeration I tend to like liquid cooling more, but I am confused on how they work on computers. (I guess I need to do more research on them) But as far as it being more advanced, how much harder are they to install or incorporate to the build?

It is nice to hear that I don't have to worry much about cooling. What software do you recommend in monitoring temps?

Do not buy a 120 or 140 mm AIO, it does not have any advantage over a decent aircooler. There is a serious difference in performance, because the larger the radiator, the more heat it can displace.

Regarding your budget and CPU, 240mm is the best solution. I advise this very cheap AIO by Cooler Master, equipped with RGB...

I’d say if you have the room for a 240mm aio like this one then it should do the job just fine. If you don’t go for a decent air cooler around the same price. The air cooler will probably be quieter anyway, although I personally prefer the aesthetic of an aio.
